Niner try to keep from sounding snobbish. I value both Balance's and Lavi's opinions on most things like this. Also most people do not like an overbearing commander so if Lavi or Balance had intended to ever join this they might not want to anymore.

Aside from that Niner they most likely wouldn't join the Ground group either Intelligence or Fleet.Also they can put their comments in even though I may or may not act upon them.
