Hey there, welcome back to the boards!

So, since that character was two timelines ago, you'd have to post a character for approval for this timeline as a new character. You can reuse the concept (generally speaking), although it will have to be adjusted so that it fits into this timeline's setting, rules .etc

I'll send you the welcome guide in your pm box that has lots of helpful information. If you have any more questions or need any more help, just let us know :)
