Probably so, but I mean, all there is besides Charlie for Army crossovers is a Bravo as a combat specialist. It's obvious that the majority of the Commandos would be Charlies, but I believe that Jay's commission will also be beneficial to the unit and possibly be valuable as an eventual Alpha.

True, but your character started out as a Private First Class. He shouldn't have been expecting much higher, and while I don't care where I'm placed Jay has already demonstrated an aptitude for leadership qualities and tactical prowess.

Ah, doing research are we? I'm using Marine Corps ranks so a PFC is higher than a private...Not by much though. Not complaining, there are more Privates than Sergeants.

 

[Brand]

A Private First Class is higher than a Private in the Army and the Marine Corps, while the rank doesn't exist in the Air Force, Navy, or Coast Guard. It's followed by a Corporal, who usually leads a fireteam of four soldiers after showing basic command qualities. A Prviate First Class is a recruit who basically graduated boot camp with honors for rifleman skills and other basic knowledge.

I meant for my character. :P and actually following PFC in the Marine Corps is Lance Corporal.

I think it would be good to have Whest as an Alpha-in-training so to speak. Veln could take him under his wing and show him how to be a mega badass military leader, whereas the rest of us are relatively contented to simply blow shit up.

To lead you need a character who has leadership qualities and who has most likely been recommended as an Officer Candidate / Cadet. When you apply as a Private you can't expect to be SUPER EMPEROR OVERLORD GENERAL.

You can recommend any rank you want. And that's what it is. A recommendation. If I wanted to go the officer way, I could of got a decent officer rank.

4) Jaren Cabilla is Reed Cabilla's brother. After leaving the pirate crew that he had become a member of, he joined the Republic military. He became a sergeant and saw action at Bothawui. On Bothawui he joined the resistance and fought until he was called by his brother to hunt down his old pirate crew. Jaren is experienced in zero-gravity combat and is a great fighter.

I'm on top of it.

Whest's character is now a Bravo Eight in S.O.L.A.G. Roster can't be updated because the recent shuffle in rights has left me without admin privileges. That will be fixed soon.

I'll be getting that taken care of today I'm sure... I pestered Fuzz butt about it. I just purged everything few weeks ago to make things easier to restructure, re-order and what not and am at the point to opening these things up again.

Yeah, I've been limited for time.. Buying a house and were in a phase with all the contracts and inspectors, and appraisers and everything coming and going so don't be too upset if I personally cant get to it rest of the week, :P
