BIOGRAPHY
Rei was born in a distant desert world to a group of isolated Fiani. This desert dwelling group was significantly more aggressive and war-like than standard Fiani due to their limited resources on the world, living a nomadic lifestyle through the vast expanses. This environment catered to a warrior culture with a penchant for dueling. Rei was one of the younger children of a Chieftain who was on the older side of things. Being the son of a Chieftain not only sowed a degree of ambition against his fellow siblings but also meant he had to train in combat from a young age not only to partake in ceremonial duels but also to hunt and to be an effective warrior once he came of age.
Rei showed promise as a combatant due to his natural agility and nimbleness. But perhaps most of all were his near precognitive reflexes which always made him especially deadly. But regardless of his natural affinity for combat his life would change for the worst. When he was fourteen when a rival clan took over his killing his father and most of his older families. Still being considered young but being a male heir to his father the new Chief banished him into the wilds. Bitter and full of hate, Rei did just that wandering the desert.
However, the planet had for a while now become a makeshift Imperial Colony with a single small city. The Imperial Force’s relationship with the Fiani tribes was tenuous at best. Some tribes had decided to embrace their colonizers while others were aggressive toward them. Not knowing where to go, Rei made his way to the colony where he picked up a temporary job as a farmhand in a local moisture farm. He worked for two seasons before saving up enough money to make his way into another Imperial World. While wandering around doing the odd job he unknowingly ran into a sith who asked him to find a set of artifacts for him. Little did he know that this was a test of his abilities, one which he passed. With that he was indoctrinated into the Sith Order. Once a young man full of hatred wandering without purpose he found a new place that would enable and fuel his passionate fury.
Personality
Rei is a very observant individual prefering to listen. If he is to speak he listens carefully first to access his words though those words tend to be rather matter of fact and blunt. Further he is a rather secretive and independent individual, something that is further fueled by his ambitions. It isn’t uncommon for him to simply wander off to work on his own interests before returning to his duties once more without as much as an explanation for where he has been; this is something that often brought the ire of his father.
Although he tends to be subdued he is often prone to bouts of snap aggression being a relatively impulsive individual if pushed too hard. Despite his ambition, independent nature, and at times impulsive nature when Rei makes his friends he ends up being the most loyal individual in the room at times to a fault. Perhaps this is his biggest flaw especially as a future sith.
Skills
Growing up as a desert warrior, Rei is an excellent tracker and skilled combatant. He is adept at using a vibro scimitar and slugthrowers preferring a quick footed aggressive style of combat that benefits his natural swiftness. The usage of his vibro scimitars has given him a slight edge when learning how to use lightsabers making his competency with lightsabers slightly above average that of his peers further enabled by his natural agility. His capabilities with the force are about average compared to his peers though he shows promise.
