Rebellion in Lothal

The cool wind announced the unevitable arrival of dusk. Scouts brown coat sticked out in the grey and white environment. This planet was clutched by the Empire. Its previous face had almost faded away completely. Jedi Padawan, Scouts, wonders around the streets. He arrived on this planet looking for a master. Under his coat he wore a black long sleeved shirt along with matching color pants. Not a traditional outfit for a Jedi. Dangling from his belt, the shiny black lightsaber was waiting to be used anytime.

A small group of stormtroopers was walking heading Northwest. Gently, Scouts lifted his arm. He lifted it near his chest, to prevent any attraction from others. With a simple flick of the wrist, the last trooper tripped. He did not fell, nevertheless. Awkwardly, he gained balance, looked around and returned to his group. Scouts turned around to continue his quest, but the sight that greeted him was disturbing. About 5 citizen where facing a wall, with their hands on their backs, tied. Yet another group of troopers where pointing at them. The leader of the troop, probably a General, started the countdown. "3". Scouts was terrified. He what he had to do but he was scared of his life. "2" There where to many. Not here. But all over the planet. He asked himself, is it even worth it? "1" Absolutely, Scouts muttered to himself, unclipping the hilt from his belt and pressing the button. As the blade appeared in a flash, the troopers turned around to look at him.

Naomi had decided to visit Lothal again as it was her second place to go if she ever needed to get away from Hoth. Her home planet had seemed to be a little too frozen a few days ago, so she left to Lothal. The wind was cool, but it felt warm to her. She knew the planet was controlled by the Empire as she was one of the wanted ones. She had rebelled against the Empire on this planet and a few others, and was wanted across the outer rim of the galaxy.

She walked around until she noticed a different fell in the wind. It was so familiar, but she didn't know the person. The sense she got was another force sensitive. Naomi looked around, her long red hair swinging side to side as she ran quietly sensing more than a force sensitive. Her bright icy blue eyes scanned the area as the started to glow brightly when she saw Imperials. The small black tattoos under her eyes moved closer together when she squinted her eyes to see a young man in a brown robe. He was definitely not from the area. Naomi jumped up onto a roof silently and walked over to where he was. Her glance went to a group of troopers that were walking away from the young man below, and giggled silently when she noticed he tripped the trooper through the force. The trooper had been so confused.

She noticed when he turned around to see a line of people who were captured with their hands binded behind their backs. Naomi's eyes narrowed as she started to hear the count down. She stood straight up so if anyone looked up, they would see a tall 17 year old, redheaded girl with glowing icy blue eyes and sabers in her hands. When the General or Agent got to 1, she ignited her sabers the same time the young man did below her. They would hear extra lightsabers from above them and it would sure catch them all by surprise. "That's enough, General!!" She would yell down after they discovered her up there. She wouldn't be sure how he would react to seeing her as she was one of the ones at the top of their wanted list.

The stormtroopers moved their guns toward Scouts. The General commanded to focus on the greater target. A girl, with glowing blue eyes and two lightsabers, was standing on a high rooftop. He could feel the force was strong in her. Before Scouts could to anything, a gun hit him in the knee, forcing him down. His saber deactivated and fell down. He turned around to see the previous group of stormtroopers, coming here for backup. Using the force, he pulled his saber, but missed his hand. Instead, it his the trooper who was holding him down. When he backed his head up from the pain, he grabbed his gun and shot the trooper behind him, dropping the fun afterwards. He pulled saber, this time succesfully grabbing it.

As the troopers began firing towards him, he recalled his first training. With precise strikes he blocked the lasers coming at him. The other troopers began firing at the girl, only to miss pathetically. As he heard the blaster directed to the rooftop, he turned around to check on the girl. Big mistake. He was shot in the shoulder. He did not fell like he did before. He kept fighting with his saber.

Naomi watched as they turned their fire from Scouts to her. As they started firing, she eyed the General who was glaring at her in an evil way like he had finally won. "I dont think so." She said under her breath knowing exactly what that look was. Blasts came close to her, but nowhere close to hitting her. She blocked one back at a trooper who fired at her, hitting him straight in the head. Keeping her sabers away from her body, she did a jump off of the roof, adding a spin into the mix. She landed softly, as she ran forward, blocking blaster bolts and taking troopers down. She noticed another trooper coming upon Scouts and she put her sabers away quickly and without looking she took out her bow and a few arrows, mounting one and getting the trooper dead center in the middle of his head. She gave a smirk as she pulled her sabers back out and started cutting through more and more troopers.

Naomi heard when a bolt hit something and she turned to see the young padawan wounded from a blaster bolt. As she turned, she heard a blast coming towards her which she blocked effortlessly without looking. Without her knowing, the General came up behind her, putting his bo-rifle around her neck. With one swift move, she flipped the much bigger Imperial over her head. He made her look tiny when he tried to grab her. She heard him land on the ground with a thud as his large masculine body hit the ground. He wasn't fat, he just had tons of muscle and was really tall. She then moved on to take down a few more troopers as she just ran, making very major wounds in their sides that would help with a quick death. With the padawan's help, they both took down a good amount of troopers until there were a few left.

Scouts saw the girl descend from the rooftop. Her saber technique was astonishing, fluid as a drop of dew gliding from a leaf. Scouts kept slashing through the troopers, with the help from this mysterious force user. He saw the girl pull out a curved object, with a string attached to its ends. It fired some sort of stick. He did not heard any blast. He had never seen this artifact. Perhaps a interplanetary weapon, from a primtive specie.

They both kept on slashing through stormtroopers. The girl's precise cuts where nothing similar to Scout's. He had still much to learn. The divided torso of the last trooper hit the ground. Scouts was exhausted. This was his first real battle. The blade slowly retracted as he pressed the button. Recovering his breath, he glared at the girl. "Thank you". He moved towards the tied citizen, and untied them carefully.

As Naomi slashed through troopers, a few crowded around her, which she did a jump spin, slicing their heads off. They had stood there for a second before the bodies fell. She looked around as more troopers had come her way and tried firing at her, but to their luck, they only found themselves dead. In between strikes, she would look over to Scouts to see how he was doing. He was doing ok, but she could tell he needed to have some training.

As they both slaughtered the last two troopers, she turned and looked to Scouts, who deactivated his lightsaber slowly. Naomi had been through many fights like this, mainly bigger ones. Especially on Lothal. The planet obviously had the highest watch of Imperials, but they had increased when Naomi had become more an more of a trouble. She had been doing this since she was at least eight. She then nodded to the young man who said thank you. "No problem, kid." She replied. She rehooked her sabers to her belt and came over helping undo the citizens who were tied. One full on hugged her and she realized that this citizen was a younger kid about Scouts age. She returned the hug knowing exactly how this kid felt. The kid's mom was there too and when she was untied, she put her hand in Naomi's, shaking it in thanks. she watched as the mother walked away with her child and then she turned back to Scouts and walked over to him. She put her hand on his shoulder, using the force to heal it up. "There, that's better. I'm Naomi Solistare. What's your name?" She asked finishing up healing his shoulder.

When she placed her hand on his shoulder, he felt a quick rush of pain, which slowly faded away. His wound had healed. He heard of such force powers, but never seen an actual example. He couldn't say anything for a few moments. " Eh...Scouts. Scouts Wen Cofoer." he managed to pronounce. Returning to reality, he looked around quickly. "We need to get out of here. Backup is coming any minute now". He noticed a tall building with a grey dome. "We need to split, lets meet at that building" he said as he pointed towards it. It seemed spacious enough, so it was meant to have a big crowd inside.

He ran away from the scene. Fading in the crowds. He arrived at the entrance. As he suspected, people where coming in an out. Once inside, he found a bench, at the corner of the structure. He quickly sat down and layed his feet on the remaining spaces. He waited patienttly for the girl...

Once Naomi took her hand from his shoulder, she noticed he was speechless for a few seconds before introducing himself. "Nice to meet ya Scouts." the high energetic rebel girl said in response. She raised an eyebrow honestly surprised that he had been so surprised. She put her hands on her hips, and saw as he looked around quickly. "Sounds good. Meet ya there." She said as she then jumped up to the roof again and jumped them, making her way to the building he suggested to go to. It was just way too risky for her to walk through the crowd due to the fact of her fiery red hair.

People were flooding from the building as she made her way over. With as much people as there were, she couldn't see the young Scouts at all. If she had been in the crowd with spies on the roof, they would spot her in half a second. She stuck out like a Bantha in a group of wampas. She jumped off the roof, landing in a dark alley and found her way in where she would find Scouts. She looked through the line that filed out that soon became about ten people and made her way over to him where he took up a bench.

"Ah, there you are!" said Scouts, removing his legs from the bench so she could sit down. He examined his surroundings. Nothing suspicious going on. It was amazing how the empire caused fear in the galaxy. It had taken over this planet, and dozens of others. Something needed to be done. "So tell me Naomi, do you know Lothal?"

He wanted to do something for this planet. Another Galactic War won't happen in at least a century, so only rebels could cause an impact. If their weapon supplies and ships got damaged, the troops in Lothal wiould be slown down.

Naomi gave a small smile as she sat down next to Scouts. She nodded when he asked if she knew Lothal. "Yeah, I actually do. I've come here more than I have to Hoth. I can tell you, from the first time I came here, there is much much more troopers here than there was before. I've been rebelling against the Empire for a while now on Lothal." she said in response.

Naomi had been waiting for a while to be able to defeat the Empire while having someone with her to actually finish them off for once.

"Well, do you know where do they store they weapons and guns? I'm sure 2 force sensitive individuals can take out a couple of bucket heads and some small ships." Scouts was anxious to destroy the Empire. With Naomi's skills they could easily take them down. To sneak in they only needed an stormtrooper armor., and no one will suspect anything.

Naomi nodded. "Oh, yeah. I do know where they keep all of that stuff. That's the first thing I found when I first came here. I have a love for exploding Imperial stuff. And freezing it. But I think there are some bucket heads around here that we could probably snatch up." she said with a mischievous smile. She loved it when people thought about the same as her.

Scouts responded with a smile "Well, would you like to pay them a visit?" If they managed to ambush some troopers and get their blaster they would be just fine. He seemed a bit confused when she said freeze. Did she meant like a gun or something?, or maybe just another force skill he didn't knew about. Really, it didn't matter, as long as they stayed freezed.

Naomi smiled back with a big smile. "I'd love to." she realized that he had no idea what she meant by freeze. She smiled again before responding to that. "You'll see what I mean about freeze soon.."

 

[Necket]

Scouts stood up "What are we waiting for?" He walked toward the exit of the building. "Is it anywhere near?" said Scouts, while moving away towards the streets.

Naomi got up at the same time, making sure her lightsabers, blasters, and bow and arrows were where they were supposed to be. She smiled at Scouts' excitement as she started to follow him out. "It's at the main Imperial building. One of the hardest places to get into. But we'll do good." she said as she walked side by side with him.

Once outside, Scouts ran towards a wall. He scrambled up the building. He then turned towards her, doing a gesture to call her. The free run continued until several troopers where walking around a building. From about 20 meters, Scouts examined the building. "Is that it?" said Scouts, while seeing Naomi getting closer.

Naomi followed running silently as she then saw Scout gesturing her over to where he was. She ran over quickly and followed him up the wall, soon to see the large Imperial building.

She smirked when he asked if that was it. "Pretty much. There's definitely more troopers than this though inside." she stated. Naomi knew the building inside and out due to her sneaking in and around the building. She was almost caught once, but she saved her skins with the force.

"Now " said Scouts, rubbing his hands "how do we get it?". It wouldn't be smart to cause a masacre outside. All the troops would come right after them. Maybe there was a secret passage of some sort.

Naomi started thinking to herself for a few seconds before she had an idea, in which she smirked when she got it. "I got an idea," she started. "If we can convince two troopers through the force to come to a quiet spot, we can take them out and no war would hopefully not break out." she explained.
