Eight months since the last Gazette good god

But yes I am indeed back and moving very quickly. I have a good amount of free time for a few more days before my school ramps up and in that time I'm going to do a sort of soft reset on the Rangers that will get things nice and organized so I can rework missions, our base, and our organization to make everything more compact. If you don't quite understand what that means believe me you will very soon as we jump right into the-
BATTLE OF SATHAD'RA
The Hutts are gathering for an attack unlike anything the Rangers have experienced. This will not be a raid, it will not be a scuffle. This will be a fight for survival and I will need you all to fight in order to save as many people as possible, but let me assure you that people will die on both sides. Currently the Hutt FL is starting a topic that is open to all people involved with the Rangers or Hutts. Let me emphasize it is open to Rangers, allies of the Rangers, Hutts, and Allies of the Hutts. Do make sure you have a legitimate reason for being there and do note the people you face will do their damnedest to make you dead.
I'll be controlling most of the Ranger NPCs and our meagre forces in this encounter so while those pieces move you're free to use you're own character as you see fit. This will be a chaotic, hectic, messy battle so there is no wrong way to go about it. Do be sure to keep your bearings by using the map in this topic as well as the place descriptions in order to make your way around in an accurate manner that also allows creative flexibility. Do remember not everyone in the city is a Ranger or a Hutt, many are independent and fiercely protect that status so their could be a lot of unexpected forces moving about as we fight.
The battle will move as long as it needs to and will be propelled forward by a small core group. This group will go in order but everyone else can post as little or as much as the want just do remember pvp rules are still in effect so no double posting on an opponent.
All of this will culminate into the next phase for the Rangers which I will detail now
Changes in the Works
Our roster is not what it once was, but as I said before that was expected. Right now we have way too much going on in the mission section for so many people so after the battle a lot of it will be purged and a general mission restart will be in effect that will focus on very short contained arcs that will have strong immediate impact. I'll look into the token system to see if its still needed.
Mentioning the roster, if your character is supposed to be on it but isn't, inform me and I'll fix it. If you want to join I'm now requiring that you rp it in either by coming across us on a mission or by creating a character already in the organazation, like a notable npc. If you do want to turn any npc into a pc please tell me first so I can steer you to important resources and help you out.
Some basic plans I have for the new rangers are to establish and settle a new town in the wastes that will serve as a beacon to bring in wayward souls. I also want to establish outposts elsewhere but I'm thinking small for now as we take these first steps. As always I encourage ideas to come from all members, you have something you think is cool let me know and by all means go for it.

This is where I turn it over to the members of the Waste Rangers to assist in creating the Tech, missions, and bounties that make up the awesomeness that is the Waste Rangers. I will tell you up front. I withhold the ability to alter and or change any submission given. I will be an asshole about it and make you're life miserable, jk just don't be stupid and make dumb things or I'll squish you. I will be sure to talk out any changes with the creator before out right altering the work of another. Your opinions (don't) matter and the missions, tech, and bounties you create (really don't) matter just as much!
More species- Zonju V has a good amount of animals about, but currently I need someone to make a profile for a giant digging worm and any other kind of scary cave monster would be useful too
NPCS- Any of you can make or obtain notable NPCs so go hog wild on that. If you do know that any ranger can control them at any time.
Bounties- Bounties are still open so feel free to create them and do them

Currently, The Ranger's are in need of:
Mission Ideas- After the battle were going to be getting rid of almost all the old missions so any arcs or mini missions you can create would be very helpful.
