My two Jedi brothers are looking for someone to join them on an archeological search for lost exile artefact(s) for information on their enemy. Perhaps you are the ideal tracker in desert moons? Perhaps you can mediate between the various arguments that the brothers are bound to get into? Perhaps you can be the exile/cultist/other antagonist guarding the lost artefact(s)?

I like the idea of a race. My biggest question is how to run it. My initial thought is for me to DM on the understanding that my characters cannot win, but is otherwise open.
Please let me know your thoughts: this has grown much bigger than I initially planned - but I like it.
