The title card loudly declares that this week's edition of "Inside the ISC" is ready to be viewed by the masses hungry for the truth about the faction and their way of life. With a blur of motion, the camera pans to the host of Inside the ISC, the legendary investigative reporter known as Chet Ubetcha. Stood behind his desk, the small man looks to be the same height as a taller man would do standing behind the same desk.

Those this is clearly absurd as a copy of Chet's latest autobiography, Living Large the Chet Ubetcha Story, is clearly in frame propped up on the desk so as to constantly be in shot. Thankfully the show was running on demand so not subject to many of the anti-advertisement laws that some of the planets had pushed through in recent years.

Chet Ubetcha clears his throat.

"This week on Inside the ISC - can ISCRA help your community? What are the odds of the war with the Syndicates impacting this year's harvest? But first, we have a shocking development in the case of Rago vs Theo Magna! What's the development you ask?"

The lovable man with the big chin and luscious hair laughs.

"Why that the case is being dropped of course! When asked by the Rangers, both ISC and otherwise, to provide any evidence to counter Ranger Magna's alibi of being seen to not be on the planet at the time, the local authorities were unable to do so. Instead they produced the same out-of-focus still frame as their only evidence; both law enforcement agencies were declared this evidence to be insufficient in light of Magna's solid alibi."

Another laugh.

"So long as Ranger Magna doesn't plan any holiday trips to Rago, I think he'll be just fine! Now back to the real news - is ISCRA growing even larger? The answer may surprise you!"

OOC: This HoloNet broadcast is in response to the holonet announcement of a crime frame-job. As no further evidence was provided aside from a single still image, the alibi given by Theo Magna of being witnessed to not be on the planet at the supposed time of the crime is sufficient to end the investigation.
