According to this article by the BBC, the President of Chad has stated that Boko Haram, the terrorist group in Nigeria, known as Boko Haram, has a new leader. I personally think that Abubakara Sekau is alive because I remember the Nigerian Government stating back in 2009 that he was dead, but in 2010, they stated that he was alive and that they were wrong.
