After the time skip, which is after the Battle of Coruscant, I have planned numerous events, tournies, hunts and more. That said, I'd love for everyone's input and brainstorming for ideas we can do after the time skip. It's the perfect time to get back into doing character centric plots, fostering connections within the faction and just fun things to do.

To give you all an idea of what I mean, here's some brief ideas I have in a WIP state that I can show you.

Master Hunt: A team of Verde, armed with simple weapons and their innate skills, track, hunt and kill varying monstrous beasts, from Nexxu all the way up to Rancor or worse. Not only would our intrepid hunters have to deal with the natural wildlife and flora, which on some planets is as lethal as the animals that live there, but they'd likely have to deal with each other as well. Perhaps tensions flare while on the hunt!

The intent of a Master Hunt would be to build characters through shared hardship and dangerous challenge.

Tournament of Skill/Strength: Think tests like log tossing, wrestling, bare-knuckle fights, things of that ilk. Honour and renown to be won for the victor, bruises for the loser. Duels, yes, but with a twist. Non-traditional PvP in a social environment, where others can spectate, heckle or shout encouragement for their favorite competitors. The prizes are intangible things, but sometimes rare trophies could be on offer, such as all-beskar weapons!

Socialising: Clan and family is important to Mandalorians. Almost, if not equally so, as fighting worthy battles and winning honour and glory. We have plenty of areas within Mandalorian space that we can utilize for social gatherings. Keldabe, Sundari, Norg Bral and more are vast, spacious places with plenty of cantinas, great halls and public spaces. After the battle of Coruscant, we'd have plenty to celebrate. Perhaps celebrating the 10th anniversary of the battle?

There is plenty to be done after the time skip as well. Mandalore sector is on the Outer rim afterall. We have pirates to punish, cartels to deal with, bounties to collect. The more we as a faction can do together, to gel and develop our characters as a close knit fraternity of warriors, the better.

Feel free to share your own ideas, expand on others and so on.

I have a few ideas that I can't share quite yet, since they are still in the early development stages, but I'm glad to see someone step up and start a thread for brainstorming. I'd love to get some fresh new ideas from all of you, so I hope this thread gets some major attention.

Even though I don't have a Mando [looks at Vencu...] I think the tourny idea is solid, as is the idea of a hunt.

I think all the ideas are pretty solid. Perhaps for the tenth anniversary of the battle, all the vode get together to relive moments and swap stories of their parts in the battle? Just thinking out loud.

All my ideas are dependant on what happens post-Corsucant and during the skip itself.

That's something already in the works, but feel free to expand on it if you have any ideas. We'll still need unique targets and challenges for each hunter to face along the way and a great reward for the one that comes out on top.

How about when individual rebel leaders are identified they could become targets. That would certainly be interesting and allow the Great Hunt to greatly affect the galaxy.

I've brought it up with Vencu before and I'm absolutely giddy to see an idea I had coming to life!

With the various Rebellions spawning and Cartels and Indies rising after the time skip, we should have a plethora of potential targets. Key Rebel Cell Leaders, Hutt lieutenants, Anti-Mando Assassins, there's a slew of things we could use.

What about social role-plays? I know someone mentioned a celebration to commemorate the victory at Coruscant. Any other ideas?

Mando funeral threads are the only ones that ever seem to go well. So funeral thread for somebody somewhere.

How about a group hunting trip into the wilds of Mandalore? We could kill some wild animals, set up camp late in the night, start a fire, and cook some grub. Seems like a good setup for a social thread.

This. Nothing more bonding than running through the wilderness killing dangerous animals.

All of these are great ideas. Hunting trips and drinking binges are both equally Mandalorian, as is remembering and honouring the falling during these events.

I certainly think a big social thread dedicated to the memory of the Battle of Coruscant (Corden's Glory), should be implemented.

Great ideas so far guys. Lets keep the ball rolling. Everyone has a say in this after all. This is for the entire faction for a reason. Everything we might want to do post time skip that comes to mind. Character plots that you guys might want to start or resolve, threats that we might want to create ( and then deal with, perhaps pirates attack? ) or anticipate. Legacy threads as well. There's an absolute sheb-load of things we can do.

I really want to hear all of your suggestions.

Training. Lots and lots of training. A warrior without a war tends to get restless, and that leads to trouble. Specifically, classes dedicated to outthinkkng Force users when it comes to their abilities, and how to level the playing field. After all, the prevalent attitude on this site is force user>non force user, and I shows when Mandalorians go against Jedi. New techniques and weaponry need to be made and trained in.

Alright, I guess I'll tell you all about one of the plots I'd like to do eventually.

As most of you know, the Taung came to the Mandalore Sector from Roon. Well, canon makes no mention of the ships they used to make that journey. Some of you may also know that the last planet in the Mandalore system is little more than a ball of ice. It's called Werda. What if Werda was actually an ancient Taung dreadnought, the flagship of Mandalore the First? What if it had been left in a distant orbit for so long that ice and other debris began to cling to the ship and build up over many thousands of years? It isn't hard to believe that the Taung eventually abandoned it after it sustained damage (possibly to the fuel and water stores, which would account for most of the ice). Anyway, somehow we would discover the truth and a team would be sent to drill through the ice and board. Now, I have a few little twists, but I'll keep those to myself for now.
