There's no denying the order has recently run into some bad press. I think its down to the order to get our side of the story out there. My suggestion is that we hijack a holonet show to tell the galaxy we aren't bad guys. This wouldn't stop the bounty but could help our overall image to the galaxy at large. I propose that this mission has three parts:
The first being getting the equipment to hijack the signal, I was thinking that could be an excursion to a junk planet
The second would be infiltrating somewhere to hijack a signal. Either a news station or a signal tower.
Then the third would be actually sending the signal
All of these would have their own problems and would be split amongst multiple teams.
I'm open to suggestions this is my first time doing something in this vein. So what do you think?

I haven't got a Jedi character yet, so I don't know how much weight should be put into what I have to say. But, wouldn't hijacking a signal be counter productive if the Jedi are trying to say that "We're the good guys"? I can't help but to feel that the move is more or less illegal which might work to upset at least a portion of the audience and perhaps even annoy the news station from which the signal is hijacked. If we decide that broadcasting it over the holonet won't do and that doing it over the news is better, maybe we could consider doing it with their permission or something? I don't know, just a few thoughts.

I have to agree. It might be better to just continue doing good, have a positive impact on things and let actions speak for themselves. Hijacking a holonet show will not only be illegal and un-Jedi like, but also make people think that they're acting out of guilt.

Just thinking that getting permission might be a little difficult seeing as everyone thinks were killers but I get the illegality is a problem. The way I was thinking is yes its illegal but no one would be hurt. More just a reply in the same vein as the original message But yeah that makes a lot of sense maybe i could think of a way to do it through more official channels

Doing a PR was something I immediately thought about too once I heard about the bounty but I have to agree with the others that hijacking a holonet signal to do it wouldn't be great optics. Maybe instead we could have a series of threads of the Jedi personally going out and trying to gain popular support against the Syndicates. Kind of like building a network of Jedi sympathizers that would be willing to protect Jedi being hunted while out traveling the galaxy.
