Tanx rolled his shoulder as he walked down the passenger ramp of the shuttle, this armour they acquired covered a bit more than he was used to. If he had his way they would walk down this ramp in their usual gear, showing off who was really responsible for these actions, but Raz wanted it to seem like the OE, he even got rid of his usual pistols and replace with DH-7's just sell the look even more.

He reached the bottom of the ramp, the hanger show they were most definitely on an Imp station, it's architecture was clean and sterile like everything else in the empire. 'Only if the drast line was as sterile as their architecture, maybe this galaxy would be in a better state' he thought to himself as the rest of the squad disembarked, he waited at the bottom for his companion he was lead this op with he had never met before, he was adapt into the clan while he was in prison but he had heard some good things about him.

Leandros adjusted the helmet of his armor. He hated this. Even when fully clothed, he felt naked in this foreign gear. This was for the good of the clan, though, and that was enough to satisfy him. It would take some getting used to, given the poor craftsmanship of what he was wearing, but it sufficed. There were no identifying features on his gear, nothing that could trace him back to his true origin. He liked the anonymity. None of the retinue had anything identifying them as anything more than Old Empire-hired mercenaries.

He clutched a vorantikus rifle, and a vibrosword swayed on his hip. He had one frag grenade and one concussion grenade, both hidden in pouches. He carried an additional two reloads worth of ammunition in his other pouches.

The shuttle ride was pretty quiet. The entourage knew their mission. He did not share many words with his comrades.

The shuttle was met with silence as it settled into the hangar. The team was able to slip in undetected using the shipyard’s busy traffic. The Imperials, in their centuries of galactic dominance, had grown lax in its security. They had not been attacked in a significant amount of time, and a shipyard this deep did not have a need to defend itself against bordering planets or raiders.

The small amount of their fellows with them looked at the two expectantly. Leandros motioned to a set of maintenance hatches around the hangar, offering a curt, ”You know what to look for,” to them. They split off into small groups and ventured into the unknown, their mission in mind. Leandros looked at his companion, then around the empty hangar. ”So far, so good,” he spoke, his voice gentle as sandpaper. ”We need to find what we’re here for. There’s bound to be some kind of central hub for it.” It of course, referred to the target of their mission here. He panned his head back to his comrade, ”I am Leandros, by the way.”

Tanx nodded in agreement with his companion. "Tanx" he replied "my best guess is that flight control will have a log of every docked ship, so I guess that's the place we should start looking." he said walking towards the main door to the hanger beckoning Leandros to follow

As they approached the door, it suddenly opened to an imperial officer flanked by two sith troopers. "who are you, what are you doing here" demand the officer, looking at the two them suspiciously.

Tanx was taken back for a second from sudden opening of doors but he quickly regained his cool. "I've got this," he said under his breath to Leandros.

"I'm shank and this my brother, Ross. we've been hired as extra muscle for this station since you moff thinks that dissident forces are going to target it."

"This is first I've heard of this"

"If you want, we can take up with your Moff though I don't think he would be rather pleased since are commander is rather close friends with him."

"no, no, it's fine. you may proceed as you were" he continued further down the hallway with his troopers

Tanx was honestly surprised it worked, he guessed that the local moff was an angry one who didn't like being disturbed with asinine questions or just this officer was incredibly meek. That problem everted he walked to the nearest elevator, pressing the button to the top floor where flight control was.

Leandros walked alongside Tanx, the rest of their retinue having already scattered throughout the station to begin the process of shutting down security measures and communications. This mission had to be executed flawlessly, or else Clan Solus would be in hot water. Not that that mattered to any of them. This was another in a string of highly reckless, high-risk, high-reward operations that they were planning. Just the other day, Leandros literally committed an act of terrorism on an Imperial world. What a time to be alive. Glory to the gods.

The duo approached the main door and were momentarily halted. Leandros remained silent and imposing as Tanx persuaded the Imperial officer to continue on his way. Wow, that actually worked? Kriff, these guys were bad at their job. They practically deserved this. Well, they did deserve this. Every last one of them.

Once in the clear, the team headed into an elevator and pressed for the top floor. The machine rose swiftly and silently, a testament to the efficiency of Imperial engineering. It made Leandros sick. Once they had arrived at the top floor, the doors quietly opened, revealing a large, highly-advanced control room. It was understaffed, by the looks of it. Lunch break? Who cared?

Leandros walked into the room, still visibly armed. Those that were still inside gasped and quickly rose from their seats, expressions of fear plastered on their faces. Leandros raised a hand, shaking his head. ”Relax, relax. We are here on order of the Moff. We’ve been cleared. We’re extra security. There are rumors of an impending attack by dissidents. Go back to your work. We’ll just be standing by; pretend we’re not here.”

Now, in most situations, the sight of two unusual armored and armed men would reduce most civilians to a panic. These guys, though, just sat there and stared for a few seconds. When Leandros and Tanx didn’t immediately open fire, they visibly relaxed and went back to managing the heavy flow of traffic. The room quickly filled up with the sound of talking traffic controllers and the clacking of keys.

Leandros looked at his comrade and shrugged, sauntering over to an unoccupied console, making sure to look like he was just surveying the room. He glanced at the desk and noticed a manifest of the ships currently docked. Their target, of course, was there. Leandros brought it to his comrade’s attention, then looked at the room full of ATC civilians.

He canted his head slightly, as if to indicate, “Now what?”

Tanx followed by behind Leandros, he did the talking this time around, stuck to the story he established which was good, got to have consistency with these things. they seemed convinced after they didn't proceed to draw their weapons on them. so things were going smoothly. They had found the ship they were looking for, now they just to had to do the other part now. destroy any defences and communications. he had an idea.

"fake bomb threat" he whispered in Leandro's ear "it clears the civilians so we have free reign to destroy all consoles, just follow my lead."

With that, both of Tanx's hands shot into the air aside his head "okay everyone I would like you to evacuate the room, we have found an explosive device in the room. now calmly evacuate ATC while we deal with this," his voice was authoritative but confident to help with the civilians not immediately panicking. he directed all the civies out of the room until it was clear he then locked ATC doors so no could get in behind.

pulling one of his pistol from its holster he began shooting communication console, lay five bolts into "that should keep their communications offline" he remarked smirking.

With that done now they only really had to leave.

Leandros allowed his comrade to usher the civilians out. He was impressed that they were so docile, so easy to manipulate. The stagnation of the Empire surely had something to do with that. Regardless of the reasoning, they were out of sight and out of earshot. Tanx fired his shots into the computers, effectively disabling the shipyard’s communications network to the outside world. For the time being, anyways. They would have to act fast in order to complete their mission. Something told the Mandalorian that time was running out.

He kept his rifle low and unthreatening, but able to be brought up at a moment’s notice. They had fired shots now. They had to play the rest of this very carefully if they did not want to botch the rest of the operation. Before Tanx could turn to summon the elevator, Leandros took hold of his arm, if only for a brief second. ”We need to disabled the security systems here. Can’t have our people get fired on as we try to finish the job.” He motioned the man over to a map of the facility, pointing to a room located slightly off from where their shuttle was located.

”This is the central guard room. We gotta do something about the security measures they have or the only place we, and the others, are going is the grave.” He pointed back towards the elevator. ”Now, those people are bound to start freaking out to the security teams about the phony bomb threat. We need to move fast, but we need to play it safe.”

With that, he turned back towards the elevator and summoned it, ready to move to the floor with the central guard room. The plan on how to covertly disable security was still a work in progress. They would figure something out.

Tanx turned his head after he felt Leandros grab it his idea was sound "Alright, your right we better move fast, I'll contact the rest of team." as they wait for the elevator tanx activated his comlink raising it to his face "Alright boys and girls we'redone communication and heading to deal with security, so wrap up what you're doing quickly and meet us back at the shuttle."

With an audible ping, the elevator arrived the both of them entering it "So how do you want does, quiet or loud?" he asked as he replaced the power pack of the blaster he used to destroy the console, both had their advantages, loud was fastest but could lead to more complications than the quiet route. "I say loud since their comms have been cut and they can't call for help but I won't unless you agree." with that, the doors open to the floor they need to be at

Leandros was glad his companion was open to listening. It would have been real unfortunate to have to do the second half of the operation on his own. Still, they were a team, and a team has to stick together. So, as a team, they entered the elevator and began the descent to their desired floor. It took only a few seconds – a testament, again, to the efficiency of Imperial craftsmanship – before they arrived at one of the levels just above the hangars.

The walk to the central guard room was busy – people of all offices hustled to and fro. The sudden lack of communications, coupled with a bomb threat called in by “those guys we hired,” kept people in a slight panic. This was good. The confusion would aid in the final part of the clan’s operation here. Leandros pushed through the crowd until he arrived at the central guard room. Though his comrade could not see his eyes from beneath his helmet, Leandros gave a look that screamed, “Loud.” He raised his borrowed rifle and keyed the door switch once his compatriot was ready.

The door hissed open, revealing an office lined with various camera monitors, control consoles, and other security command measures. Staffed by a good five or six Imperials, it was the heart of the shipyard’s security network. The rest of the guard were out dealing with the phony bomb threat, leaving only the noncombat or essential personnel in the room to continue to monitor the situation. They were cut off from the rest of the shipyard’s various checkpoints.

Leandros acted without hesitation, firing a shot into the back of the head of the closest Imperial. The man’s corpse slumped forward violently, resting awkwardly on top of a camera console. The others, caught by surprise from the sudden attack, hesitated. Leandros did not. He fired another pair of shots and the first Imperial he saw move. The man’s body shuddered briefly, then hit the deck like a ragdoll.

He was reaching for an alarm.

“Down with the False Emperor!” he shouted, remembering to link this to the Old Empire whose mercenaries they were posing as. He fired another shot at an Imperial who was fumbling at drawing his sidearm, clearly unused to the act. These were not soldiers – they were civilians.

Then again, they helped with the Medriaas Massacre. This was their retribution. Imperial penance.

Tanx understood when Leandros raised his rifle, They were going loud now this where the fun began. He drew both of his pistols before nodding that he was ready. Tanx calmed his breath before entering, taking deep breaths to slow his heart rate.

The hiss of the door might as well been a starting shot as the both of them moved instantly after hearing it, he followed after Leandro, who earned first blood with his first shot while seemed he was clearing left-hand side of the room, Tanx took the right, he squeezed off two rounds in to first imperial he saw, she had only just managed to draw her weapon after that there was only one imperial left, instead of trying to defend himself this opted to try beg and plead for his life and for mercy, before he even manage to finish word please tanx domed the man right between his eyes.

The room was clear, now they just to disable security. how he disabled the communications seemed to work, so no real need to complicate things. tanx began to unload into the consoles with one of his.

"now that this is done, let's get the kark out of here."

Leandros acted with ruthless efficiency. It was such an effortless thing, killing the unaware. Were they worthy combatants? No, not particularly. That did not bother him. This was for Medriaas. This was for the Mandalorians who would never again see a sunrise. For the families and clans eradicated without a trace. Everyone on this station was complicit, whether they knew or not. They all could burn, for all he cared.

And burn they would.

Leandros put another bolt through the corpse of the final Imperial, the one who had begged for mercy. Such pitiful displays demanded no respect. They did not die like a warrior ought to die. These Imperials were lazy. Fat and complacent from their galactic domination. His people were here to ensure that they were punished for their negligence. This was a galaxy at war.

While Tanx fired into the consoles in the same manner as when he was upstairs, Leandros looked for alternative exits. No doubt the way down would be blocked, what with the blatant murder going on in the room they were in. He found a maintenance hatch at the far end of the guard room and jogged over, opening it for his comrade to head through. When he had done so, Leandros took out one of his frag grenades and primed it, waiting until his clansman was in the hatch and climbing down the maintenance ladder to the hangar deck below. When he knew he was clear, Leandros tossed the grenade into the room. It was both to ensure the shipyard’s security systems would be down for a while, as well as to deter any potential pursuers. He could not have any bold guards coming along now and ruining things.

Slamming the hatch shut, Leandros moved down the ladder after his ally. The descent took longer than if they had used the elevator, but it was safe. Safe was what they needed right now. They opened up a couple dozen meters from the shuttle they arrived on. The others of their clan gathered outside, setting up security. Upon seeing their two mission leaders, they began filing into the shuttle for exfiltration. Leandros reached it and ushered all of his allies in, ensuring they had left no one behind. He gave the hangar one final look as the shuttle took off. In the distance, the elevator doors opened to reveal a small squad of naval personnel chasing after the unauthorized shuttle. They had no communications with the outside and their shipyard’s security was currently in a less-than-ideal state. Leandros merely waved at their pursuers before they left.

He felt pretty smug about this whole thing.
