Hello @Nocturnus! My name is Remileah, but you can call me Remi! Welcome to SWRP!
The databank is an excellent place to start learning about the site-specific lore. Here, you can find the current state of the factions, the different branches of those factions, the ranking systems, and more! You can even find write-ups for canon species that have some alterations and some of the site's fanon species in case you want to write some of those!
I also recommend checking the Rules & Guidelines forum for creating characters, disallowed species, and other helpful information.
Lastly, you can join our Discord server if you'd like to and haven't already. It's very active and a wonderful place to meet people, get to know them, set up potential threads and more! Everyone on there is accommodating.
Then, of course, you can also respond to the DM you received when you first joined the site for questions! I'm more than happy to try and help in any way I can, and if I can't help you, I'm sure we can find someone who can!
