Site Changes & Information
A Republic Reborn
After 500 years of non-existence courtesy of the Sith Empire and the dissolution of the United Protectorate, the people have taken back their planets and reformed the Republic, independent of influence of the Sith and Mandalorians, with Keira Zale (Sreeya) being Acting Supreme Chancellor.
With this, the United Protectorate section is now changed to the Republic and the UP prefix has also changed to reflect and the faction has a new write-up, which has it's history, structure, and map detailed as well as updated roster. The Senate is still active and the Army of the Republic is now playable, and the Republic has it's own section now where other players can submit faction plots.
Indies/Rebels/Imperials are welcome to request a rank-change in this thread to enlist for the Republic armed forces, no IC threads needed.
As a proper main faction, the NPC Organizations Tracker will allow players to do NPC prompts for the Republic. And for the Republic also has faction-wide activity bonuses' available to it, see here.

General Time Update
- It is 513 years after the Battle of Coruscant (ABC). Characters can age up their characters to reflect time passed if not done recently, but not required.
Events
- Mandalorian Tournament
- First round concluded. @Crystal Kryze, @Dax Vizsla @Revora Kelborn and @Dalyn Solus advance.
- Second round begins.
Although they've reclaimed their heritage world, the Mandalorians have declared Jedi as targets of their crusade after a meeting with the Mand'alor and Grandmaster gone wrong, spurring outcry from GA members. Some are eager to fight the Mandalorians in addition to the Sith, Teran Atrix took it upon himself to find a way to negate with the Mand'alor himself to clear this up. After stubborn negotiations, the two are locked in battle in an honor duel for first blood.
The Galactic Alliance still continues to function with it's purpose done with the Republic being born again. In light of the Mandalorians declaring war on the Jedi, the Republic wants to be neutral with all parties. Still the rebellion movement still aims to get on the good side of the new democracy by doing community service.
State of the Sith Order
The effects of this would become very apparent as the Sith lose many assets along the way, their once powerful military machine now severely diminished.
And that is only the beginning of the newly dubbed Sith Order's problems, as Koil Solus and Darth Victress dueled one-on-one at Geonosis on holonet broadcasting. Although an epic fight, it ended with Victress' body being frozen with a cyrocasted and decapitated and her head shown for all to see, ending the new Dark Lord of the Sith's life.
Not only that, newly dubbed Darth Perilous challenged a different Mandalorian War Councilor, Drace Solus to a duel. The duel ended after Perilous lost his legs and passed out. He was then taken as a trophy to the Mand'alor himself. After a half-successful interrogation and after slighting the the Mandalorian leader too much, the Mand'alor the Crusader set Darth Perilous on fire, incinerating him and burning him to ash.
Not only that, after being tasked to kill his (exiled) Jedi girlfriend by the Lord of the Sith and not showing any results for a long time, Darth Kados was exiled and had a bounty placed on him. Leaving the total number of Sith Lords down to dangerously low numbers. Morale in the Sith is at an all time low and now the Mandalorians know where the remaining Sith worlds to go after next...
State of the Mandalorians
It seems that nothing can stop the Mandalorian war machine as it marches steadily towards eradicating the Sith.
The Mand'alor the Crusader also made waves into he holonet by announcing that the Jedi are now a target for his crusade. It's mouth-dropping news to many, but to the Mandalorians who are growing restless it's a chance for new battles, a chance to purge force-users, and to make sure that the Sith can not be repeated.
Right now the Mandalorians are right now launching assaults on Yavin IV. With this the Mandalorians are knocking at the doors of the traditional Sith worlds with the intentions of cleansing the Sith.
State of the Republic
The fledgling government still has it's hurdles to face to secure it's future, such as building it's defenses to keep democracy safe, dealing with the Imperial remnants inside it's borders, relationships with the other factions, and more. Chancellor Keira Zale didn't waste any time getting to work. Keria Zale has tasked her government to establish friendly ties with the dominant Mandalorian faction, strengthen it's forces and bring back Anaxes into the fold as well.
Not only that, the Republic is also working on gearing up it's forces and working with the the galaxy's most formidable warmachine the Mandalorians to do so, as well as bridging ties between the two factions further.
Bringing Coruscant into the Republic is also another challenge. Caliban Antares and Verneck Aletaus are taking up the task to bring the prosperous Imperial-sympathetic ecumenopolis under the Republic's banner and they are working on building connections to do so.
Republic negotiators are also dispatched to bring the purse-world Cato Neimoidia into the Republic along with it's wealth.
And lastly Keira and her cabinet launch the first ever senate session since the re-founding of the Republic, dealing with the war crimes that have started the war and escalated to where they are now.
