JEDI BENDU
THE SKYWALKER

Gandalf_the_Grey.jpg

The Skywalker, born Jedi Bendu, was the first living mortal being to discover and tap into the mystical energies of the Force of Others. After doing so and facing off his dark temptations, Yahweh, the God of the Universe, contacted him on the top of Mount Sky and revealed to The Skywalker that he was the source of the alluring power. Yahweh tasked The Skywalker with freeing his chosen people, whom The Skywalker named the Jedi Bendu in honor of his old identity, from his step-brother, King Achab Tahrea of Had Abaddon.

During the battle for paradise, The Skywalker was given the unfortunate opportunity to be the first man to kill in the name of the Force of Others, taking the life of his nephew. As the battle raged on, The Skywalker and the Jedi Bendu prevailed and found themselves in the midst of a mass exodus from the desert world. They boarded the royal starships and fled to the Promised Land, the mythical world of Kal'Shabbol, where they set up the first Jedi Bendu Enclave and laid the groundwork for the Jedi Bendu Order.

Before his death, The Skywalker spoke and recorded many important prophecies that would later echo throughout the ages in many notable individuals. His contributions to the very early formation of the Ashlan Brotherhood, the Galactic Republic, the Jedi Order, the Bendu Order, the Sith Empire and the Order of the Whills were remembered for thousands of years throughout the universe, even on the most primitive of worlds.

JONATHAN BAC
FIRST SUPREME CHANCELLOR

Jonbac.JPG

Jonathan Bac was a legendary Alderaanian Admiral, Ambassador to the Coalition of Planets and the first Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic. In the role of Admiral of the Alderaanian fleet, he was responsible for the decisive final campaign against the Anarchic Brotherhood of Planets that brought the Unification War to a close. As the Ambassador to the Coalition of Planets, he worked closely with the Jedi Bendu of the Ophuchi to ensure a smooth transition between numerous regional governments and one galactic democracy. In his role as ambassador, he also drafted the Galactic Charter and was the first to sign it at the ceremony that witnessed the founding of the Galactic Republic.

One of the most important politicians in the early history of the Galactic Republic, Jonathan was credited with saving the House of Organa and the Corellian Empire from destruction and for paving the way to the founding of the Galactic Republic. He was also responsible for allowing the Jedi Bendu, and later the Jedi, to become a major presence in the day-to-day affairs of the Galactic Republic. It was also foretold that his descendants were those spoken of in the Prophecies of The Skywalker. During the Ashlan Civil War and the Great Sovereign Crusades, that foretelling was proved correct when Ussej Padric Bac, Ussej Padric Bac II and Ussej Padric Bac IIII fulfilled passages within the prophecies. Jonathan was also well-remembered and revered for literally setting up the brilliant democratic system that lasted for twenty-five thousand years after the beginning of his term in office.

USSEJ PADRIC BAC
SHAMAN OF THE WHILLS

BacShaman.JPG

Ussej Padric Bac, sometimes referred to as Ussej Padric Bac the First, was born into a long line of legendary war heroes and politicians from Alderaan. The first of numerous men of the Bac family to bear the name “Ussej Padric”, he served as a Jedi Knight and a Sith Lord during the Great Territorial War. Following his entry into the Bendu Order, he served the rest of his life as a Bendu Knight. Using these titles, he was instrumental in the Great Territorial War and the Ashlan Civil War, the latter of which was caused almost directly by his son.

For thirty years, he lived the sheltered life of a Jedi Knight within the walls of the Jedi Temple, though he was considered to be a hero to the people of the Galactic Republic during the Great Territorial War. His strong and confident demeanor was shattered, however, when his former friend Kit Corwin Rendar became the feared Darth Ravinos and laid waste to Pho Ph'eah. Ussej later met and fell in love with Laili Jeyna Rendar, who gave birth to his son Ussej Padric Bac II nine months later, and became the Sith Lord Darth Mantus, though he was redeemed and helped the Republic take down the Sith Empire just hours before the birth of his son.

Just after the end of the Great Territorial War, Ussej and his family exiled themselves to the Unknown Regions to escape execution at the hands of the remnants of the Sith Empire. There they found the Bendu Order who believed that Ussej was the one spoken of in an ancient prophecy known as the Prophecy of the Voyager. They said the prophecy foretold the coming of the Shaman of the Whills, though Ussej was skeptical as to whether or not it was true, let alone whether or not he would become the Shaman of the Whills.

Ussej spent much of his early years as a Bendu Knight with Laili on Had Abaddon where they attempted to negotiate with Husen Al-Dubrir, the planets tyrant. They felt that they had made a major breakthrough, but that was all thrown away when Ussej Padric Bac II fell in love with Al-Dubrir’s daughter. At first, Ussej refused to fight in what became the Ashlan Civil War as he had vowed never to fight after killing Sith Empress Viea. However, when his son’s life was in danger, he made his way into battle once again and helped push back Al-Dubrir’s forces. During the last few months of the war, Ussej discovered that Viea had survived and was the one who was truly leading the army of Had Abaddon. Ussej met her in battle and they were both nearly evenly matched. In the end, defeating Viea resulted in his own death.

Immediately following his death, he found himself on Ashlan Four in the presence of The Skywalker. The Skywalker spoke to him, saying that Ussej had indeed become the Shaman of the Whills. Ussej remained on Ashlan Four, uncovering the secret that led to retaining bodily appearance after death He later was able to influence Ussej Padric Bac III during the Great Sovereign Crusades.

USSEJ PADRIC BAC II
THE GREAT PROPHET

UssejPadricBacII.JPG

Ussej Padric Bac II was born to a long line of legendary war heroes, politicians, Jedi Knights and Sith Lords. His ancestor, Jonathan Bac, was the first Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic. His grandfather and great-grandfather were both Senators of Alderaan. His parents were Laili Jeyna Rendar, the sister of his uncle Kit Corwin Rendar, and Saint Ussej Padric Bac who went on to become the Shaman of the Whills. His mother and uncle originated from Corellia. His wife, Bara ErMez, would eventually give birth to a son named Ussej Padric Bac III, a legendary Bendu High Priest that brought about the Holy War during the Great Sovereign Crusades.

The second Bac to bear the name “Ussej Padric”, he fought in the final battle of the Great Rim Lines War on Dxun where he met a young Republic Colonel named Cos Jonathan Dashin who would later go on to be one of the most instrumental Supreme Chancellor’s in galactic history.

After he died on Dxun, the newly elected High Priest Neil Rendar analyzed the Prophecies of The Skywalker and realized that Ussej was one of the Prophets of the Whills spoken of in the Prophecy of The Nine Prophets. His mistakes during his life helped to bring about an age of awakening for the Bendu Order. During this time, not only were there changes in appearance to a more formal and monk-like style, but also a change in the way that the Order viewed itself. The three men of the Bac Family helped them to realize what happens when pride gets the best of people, including those held in such high regard.

USSEJ PADRIC BAC III
THE MORNING STAR

Ussej3.JPG

Ussej Padric Bac III was born to a long line of legendary war heroes, politicians, Jedi Knights, Sith Lords and Bendu Priests. His ancestor, Jonathan Bac, was the first Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic. His grandparents were Laili Jeyna Rendar, the sister of his great-uncle Kit Corwin Rendar, and Saint Ussej Padric Bac who went on to become the Shaman of the Whills. His mother, Bara ErMez, came from the village of Vattica and his father, Ussej Padric Bac II, was a Bendu Priest and the one who fulfilled the first passage of the Prophecy of the Nine Prophets.

The third Bac to bear the name “Ussej Padric”, he served as the sole Bendu High Priest during The Great Sovereign Crusades and was instrumental in the disastrous Holy War that brought the Sith Empire to power, exiled the Jedi Order and brought the Galactic Republic to the brink of destruction.

However, his mistakes during the war brought about an age of awakening for the Bendu Order. After he died on Mustafar, the newly elected High Priest Josiah Rendar helped the Bendu Order rebuild itself from the ground up. During this time, not only were there changes in appearance to a more formal and monk-like style, but also a change in the way that the Order viewed itself. The three men of the Bac Family helped them to realize what happens when pride gets the best of people, including those held in such high regard.
