Essential information
Nicolae Zamfir is a 20 year old Anzat acolyte of the Sith Empire, he's a former sith serving the empire that is 6'1 feet tall and weighs around 180 lbs.
Biography
"You are twice cursed, son, yet you are our biggest blessing; Hide your true nature as it is your most shameful secret, for the name of our family is bigger than you and I. Our people shall know the man, not the monster hiding beneath it" -Ana Maria Zamfir, Duchess of Onderon.
This story starts with a Duke and a Duchess, members of a prominent noble family on Onderon that couldn't have any offspring and, out of fear of the family name dying with them, faked the Duchess pregnancy and adopted a child without anyone knowing, telling everyone he was their firstborn, the child that would one day keep the family name going. This child, of course, was Nicolae.
The first few weeks with young Nicolae were filled with mystery: His adoptive parents quickly noticed how his skin was cold and how he had no discernible pulse yet Nicolae was as alive as he could be. The baby cried for food at every single hour, yet it didn't seem like it had an actual effect on him no matter what he was fed, little Nicolae became paler and paler, weaker and weaker and his parents mourned him already, thinking he was a lost cause...Until they found him looking more lively than ever, the corpse of the family cat that usually watched over him right next to Nicolae's crib, they quickly realized what had happened there...And what they had to do to keep him alive.
Nicolae grew up mostly like any other noble kid, his parents trying to teach him of everything that he needed to do to lead his people in the future...But of course they also had to let the last hope of the family feed; At first it was animals, but with time they realized that other sentient people were what truly allowed him to survive and be healthy. At first they helped him however they could, but with time Nicolae learned to hunt with sustenance on his own and making sure that it would not trace back to him or the family...At least until it was discovered that he was a force sensitive.
The noble family Nicolae came from was one that didn't think highly of those that were attuned to the force and, as such, their inner circle were like-minded individuals. And while how he feasted on other sentient creatures was something they managed to cover up, a small use of the force to make sure someone didn't get hurt in public was all that was needed for the secret of his force sensitivity to spill out like wildfire: The family's allies turned against him in particular and his parents, who knew of it from the start and urged him to keep it a secret, felt nothing but shame.
The worst thing about it, of course, was the distrust that came from that secret spilling out: Their former allies tried to discover Nicolae's secrets...And they discovered the worst of them all. Nicolae managed to kill those who discovered it before they managed to get anything out, but those killings themselves were made public and so, Nicolae was labelled a murderer anyways.
His parents tearfully gave Nicolae enough money to get off planet, away from Onderon, chastising him for his failures yet also telling him how much they loved him. While Nicolae wouldn't have escaped without their help, he still felt deeply hurt when they publicly renounced him to save a minuscule part of the family's reputation.
With nowhere to go, Nicolae ended up joining the sith as an acolyte: The only clear option left that allowed to use him one of his "curses", the opposite faction being out of the question given his very nature. He would rise the ranks, become a warrior and a diplomat and get back to Onderon to restore the family's name before it was too late, no matter the cost.
Eventually, however, he was given to choices: To remain with the sith order...Or remain with the Empire. Nicolae, surprisingly, chose the latter...Although not for truly altruistic reasons. As a noble, it is his destiny to be a leader of men, a leader of their subjects, not someone that should go back into the shadows. He'd take the respect of the common citizens over the begrudging respect of other sith that wouldn't mind stabbing him in the back for a promise of power.

Skills
Nicolae strives to become the model of a warrior poet: Someone that carries himself with absolute elegance but can and will beat people in a fight. A diplomat that can use words to sway other people or a warrior that will use his blade to carve his own path to victory, a combination of both his noble upbringing and the sith teachings. When it comes to combat in particular, Nicolae focuses on lightsaber combat over using the force since he had been taught fencing since he was young. He always found swordsmanship alluring and he wants to become one of the greatest lightsaber users of the empire.
While Nicolae may look like the type of person that wouldn't get his clothes dirty no matter the cost, the truth is quite the opposite. His necessity to hunt down other people have made him quite good at tracking and he is quite adept at moving around unnoticed, being quick and brutal and using strange paths to reach his destination without being noticed by other people. Other than that, Nicolae pursues hobbies such as painting and playing the piano, things that fill him with joy in his spare time...And he has tried to learn how to cook despite it being completely useless to him, which leads up to horrible dishes and a very dirty kitchen, but one day he'll make a dish that won't make people puke.
