B A C K G R O U N D

M7 is an R3-series astromech droid that that was made from spare parts by Newton Arden when he was young, just as he was discovering he was very adapt with droids, and was given the name 'M7'. M7 is a happy and outgoing droid, he accompanies Newton on most of his ventures and hasn't received a memory wipe, settling on a personality and taking a life of it's own. For Newton's part, M7 is one of the one of the only droids that Newton considers to be it's own person rather than a tool. No matter Newton's amoral or malicious behavior or choices he may make, M7 is his loyal to his creator to the end, he will stand by Newton, and Newton will always have his companion.

L3-45 is a droid based on the L4-series of protocal droid. L3-45 is a droid under the employ of Blackwell Technologies that was appointed to Newton Arden back when he started out as a engineer and has served him ever since. L3 has a irritable, pedantic, and sassy personality, to the minor annoyance of Newton, but she is effective in what she does, so she is kept around. L3 receives memory wipes often as per proper droid maintenance, although her irritating behavior keeps resurfacing all the same..
