Update. Since Dex has stepped down as Second in command, a few Promotions and a few demotions have taken place.

Promotions:
Shane Oderyn is now General and is SiC
Arya Starks is now Corporal, mainly because there has been alot of time between her absent training and so on.

Demotions:
Darman is now Commander
Darka is now Commander

Nothing personal with these demotions and promotions, i just want to be sure that we have active officers.
