Considering I've been having Funani become more and more disgusted with excessive wealth of the core worlds and how much just gets thrown away and wasted this sounds perfect for him. And while I have some stuff coming up so he can do stuff with droids, I want to also get him into blaster design. So maybe then he can come up with indigenous designs that the confederacy can arm themselves with. Allowing it to stay more independent. I already have few ideas I wanted to flesh out and submit to the tech board.
