There was no going back now. Xetno activated both beams once more then flipped her saber to its unfolded position. Without giving the droids any time to get their weapons she would attack. Her blade spun in her hand slashing the one she'd landed on (just for good measure) and then she hurled herself to the next one. She arced the blade around in a circular motion to her left side and sliced another clean in half. Turning then to her side she used one hand to spin it outwards and slice another, ending up with the blade behind her back. She continued with the momentum of her arms -while running to the next droid and expertly danced the blade around her hips while it spun. The whirlwind motion of the blade cut the droid in half at its torso leaving it to die on the ground.

In just a matter of seconds she'd already killed three of the dozen or so droids in her immediate area. Now she had to worry about all the other ones she'd passed by in the shaft. And no matter how badly she wanted to kill each and every one of them, she was vastly out numbered. So she did what she could, and ran. With all of her speed she bolted for the exit to the shaft but there were still a good handful of droids ahead of her, and all the ones coming still from behind. She got no more than ten feet when she had to slow her run and bring up her blade again to defend herself.

Trusting in the Force, Xetno used every trick she knew to swing the blade around her body in every which way. She'd trained for this when she was younger, fighting a dozen remote droids as they spun around her. This was no different. Well, except for the fact just one of those blaster bolts would end her life in a millisecond. Her master tried to make contact with her, but Xetno pushed him out; there were other things she had to focus on and no time to explain to him that she'd messed up. If she were to die, it would be no one else's fault save for her own.

Xetno was thankful that she chose to learn the double saber. She didn't think she would have survived if she only had one blade. As she spun, turned, flipped, rolled, and every other way she could move around with the blade, she managed to at least deflect every blast that would have hit her. Only she wasn't getting very far at returning the bolts back to their owners. And the droids were getting closer with every second. Xetno tried to focus her timing to take out the ones now behind her (as she had to turn her back to the exit), she simply couldn't get the angles just right.

Trust in the Dark side. Trust in the Ren.

The words in her mind suddenly hit her like a rush of freezing cold air. Xetno's mind was instantly taken to a feeling of something...otherwordly. Had she died? Was this the end? Flashes of memories would then flood her consciousness. She saw rain, and a bunch of dark figures standing within in. She saw fire and destruction. She saw death. A strange feeling of pure loyalty hit her. A fealty to something dark in nature. The Ren. The flashing scenes continued until Xetno saw her parents. They were kneeling and she herself was holding her blade between them, the red beams each at their necks. And then a pair of screams that abruptly ended.

And then she woke. She had somehow fallen to the ground; her saber in her hand and still glowing, just barely hovering over the floor, threatening to burn away with it. As she gets to her knees she closes her hilt and holds both blades up high. Around her, broken droids lie defeated, each one with a perfectly positioned burn in its core. Xetno gasps and backs up. Her feet scratch the edge of the shaft causing her to nearly fall. Somehow...somehow she'd killed every last one of them. But she had no memory of doing this,

To the others though, they each would feel it. A powerful disturbance in the Force. The Ren had found her, and took hold of her. It showed her images of the past, the present, and the future. And while her soul (if you will) was lost in the divine light, her body moved with speed and accuracy unlike anything else. A true warrior. It demolished the droids with precise accuracy and got her body to safety. Then it released her. This was nearly twenty minutes ago....

He could feel the disturbances in the ren. Could feel the waves of alarm and confusion. Balal was growing angry. This should have been a simple smash and grab mission. Now they were fighting droids that were supposed to have been long dormant. The knight turned, using the force to lift the tactical droid toward him. With a flick of his wrist, he severed the head from the droid.

His first thought was to assist his apprentice. However he could feel her power rise, the ren working in her, finally. So he turned to the turbo lift shaft. Quickly ran and jumped down. Allowing the tube to guide him down to the cargo holds. As he had many times before, he used the shadow to push downward. Halting his landing to allow him to land on his feet.

Balal quickly went into action. A dozen B1 battle droids, somehow activated, marching toward Rowa. The Echani marched forward from the lift shaft. Slicing through two droids and force pushing another. Several more turned to see him and started to open fire.

Rowa growled as he channeld the Force through him, sending a cushion of air through him and sending a few droids flying. He swept forward, ducking under several droids and kicking them out from under their feet as he deflected bolt after bolt, his eyes glaring at them as he noticed more and more droids starting to come online.

"Do we know how to shut these off?!" he asked with annoyed tone, "Cause I'm starting to think we may have to destroy a few units!"

For twenty minutes there was nothing but silence. A confused and dazed Xetno stumbled to the edge of the hallway she'd come down. She took off her helmet thus letting down her long raven hair behind her shoulders. With a groan she tried to remember what all had happened, but she only knew of the vision the Force had given her. It did not occur to her she had been out for so long, so she felt no need to reach out to her master. Much to their dismay. Knowing she needed to get on with the mission though, she'd turn and gently float down to the hangar below her.

From there, it was a simple walk over to the droid bay where she once again called upon the Force to carry her, only instead of falling, she was now going up. She landed gently at the platform and walked over to the main computer station. The systems were dusty, broken, some even covered in moss and vines. Dusting the seemingly best one of the group, she logged into it and was highly surprised the thing even turned on. Somehow, something caused the ship's reactor to fire again and send some power throughout the network.

"That's probably what started the droids," Jez thought to herself.

Setting the helmet aside she quickly scanned through the online systems and shut everything down. The droids, the reactor, anything with a power core. Her master could tell her later what specifically to turn back one. But he'd be able to do that from the helm of the ship. Once completed Jez smirked and put her helmet back on (once she got her hair situated yet again).

Calling over the comm link, "Master, I've shut down the droids on my end and reached the bay as instructed. Hopefully you didn't run into any trouble?" She was unaware that they too were dealing with droids of their own.

Destroying the droids was more then acceptable to Balal. As he was still slicing into another of the battle droids just as Rowa asked the question. The Echani was going to answer him, when Xetno came over the comms. Revealing that the had managed to find the source of the droid's sudden power and managed to shut it down.

Giving a sigh of irritation, he tossed the body of the droid over his shoulder. Balal would then deactivate his blade and return it back to his side on his belt. By now they had been on the planet or in the ship for hours. He was done playing. They needed to get the droids and get off this rock.

Within the hour, Balal would have his BG droid land the medium freighter in the top launching bay. With Xetno/Jez's help they would reactivate the lifts from the hold to the bay. Balal and Rowa would use the force to move rack after rack of shutdown droids into the turbo lifts and then transferred to the ship. The Ren cultist would managed to load three quarters of the ship with droids, before fatigue set in.

When they could load no more. Balal would have Xetno overload the system and set the ship to self destruct. By the time the freighter broke atmosphere, the clone war era destroyer would leave a crater the size of a small town.

"Cuga, mission complete"
