It was safe to say that Arthur was not happy about this assignment. Sure, Naboo was nice and it would be amazing to have it under the Eternal's control. The more influence they can spread in the shadows the better. But not only was he very poorly suited for convincing a bunch of angry working-class people, as a "rich and well off guy" to turn them against other rich and well off people. But the guy who had to help him on this also seemed to be a guy who made quite an impression...this wasn't going to be fun.

He had some interactions with people like the ones they needed to rile up, and for the most part those interactions never went well for him.

Leaning against a wall overlooking a beautiful pond, he took a long drag from his cigarette before irritably blowing the smoke out. He wasn't looking forward to this. That much was clear. But at the end of the day they had their objective and he couldn't let personal opinions get in the way of the greater image. He hoped his partner had a lot better experience with people like this. People who tended to get ruined by those higher up the food chain.

He took a last drag of the cigarette then killed it under his shoe before throwing the bud in a bin. He focused on composing himself, trying to clear his head and not worry so much. Maybe if he channeled his inner oppressed individual and didn't use his usual refined accent he could win over the dregs of society.

He really hoped this would go by quickly...

Ender hadn't returned to Naboo in quite some time. At first, he believed it was his original home until he caught the sickness from Vader's old fortress. There had always been a blocker in his mind and even though what he caught from the fortress nearly killed him, it broke that blocker and finally returned his memories to him. Naboo wasn't as special as he used to think it was anymore, at least personally to him but that was about to change. He had contacted a woman named Ana and he offered his help in ingratiating the cult onto the planet as he was supposed to meet one of her associates.

With this being after the attack, "Ender" was quite infamous throughout the galaxy but no one knew his actual identity yet. He had worn a mask and that let him still travel where he wanted to with relative ease. When he arrived at the meeting point, he found his partner leaning against the wall and thinking to himself. Arthur wouldn't hear him approach until he finally spoke, "Hello there." It was clear that he scanned the man for a moment before smirking slightly, "Relax. If you're tense, they become tense too." They couldn't start this off on a bad foot, even with the subtle things.

"Name's Ender." He introduced himself finally, able to sense the force that flowed through the man and the darkside that subtly radiated off him to confirm he was Sith. Checking his chrono for a moment, it wouldn't be too long before the meeting of their was planned to start. "Please, lead the way." He didn't know where they were supposed to actually go, only where he was supposed to meet Arthur. If the Guardian started to walk, he would follow him as he asked the man a question, "Do you know who we're specifically dealing with?"

Arthur glanced at the man as he spoke up. As the new arrival looked him over, he did the same. The man's comment made him snort, which quickly turned into a chuckle. "You make it sound like they're animals. Though, in cases like this they tend to become animals." he spoke calmly as he pushed off the wall. His name made Arthur raise an eyebrow, though he didn't immediately say anything. "Pleasure to meet you. Arthur Demici." he introduced himself.

"Follow me." he said as he led the way to his speeder. He hopped in behind the wheel and started the luxury vehicle up, driving casually towards their objective. "I've been digging around, looking for some reliable means of winning over the people of Naboo. I figured going to the plasma miners and working on winning them over would be the best way of getting the working class on our side. I'm sure you know how big that sector of the market is for Naboo." he explained as they drove along the quiet streets.

"Though, I must confess that my experience with people like that isn't stellar. I've had a few times where interactions like this didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped. Serenno isn't exactly known for teaching a person how to talk like a commoner." he confessed with a guilty chuckle as he rounded a corner. They were steadily making their way towards a much seedier part of the city than most would be used to. The streets were dirtier, the passers-by started looking worse for wear. This wasn't the Theed the galaxy was used to seeing. This was the ugly side that got overshadowed. Drowned out.

He glanced at Ender then back at the road. "The miners feel oppressed and treated unfairly. Compared to what I've seen in the galaxy, they have it easy. Especially compared to Kessel and places like that, but I digress. All we have to do is get them to be on our side then we're fine."

"Everyone becomes an animal when they become afraid." It was true and he had all too much experience dealing with the feral nature of people being born in Wild Space. He gave a nod to the man when he introduced himself before following him to his speeder. He got in the passenger side and was filled in on who they were meeting. When he mentioned that Ender would know about that market, he glanced over be struggling slightly, "It's quite turbulent as well." There was a fine line on making miners happy and making them unhappy.

Ender chuckled at his comment, "Are you saying I'm low born enough to make this work?" He did find humor in it as he was scraped from the bottom of the barrel. Personally, he had never dealt with miners before but he knew how to talk to people at least, enough so that he could appear like a completely different person even if he felt different underneath. He picked up quick on how mow to mimic others and their social cues.

Arthur gave him the rest of the run down and Ender exhaled softly, "We'll just have to see what we're dealing with." Each situation was different and there always had to be a special touch applied. When they finally arrived at the mine, the passenger door opened and he stepped out and glanced around, noting the workers that were milling about as the place lacked any note of pleasure. "Lead the way, Arthur." He seemed more inclined to who they were going to meet and Ender would follow him and observe until he found his moment to speak up.

Arthur chuckled at the man's joke, already thinking of a few more ways to mess with him. "Well with clothing like that you seem to look the part." he teased right back with a smirk. "Besides, I don't want to risk getting grime and dirt on my suit." he continued jokingly as he sat back in his seat.

Pretty soon the speeder passed through some very sketchy spot in town and slowed to a halt in front of a shebeen. Loud, terrible music was thumping from within. People out on the streets were watching them closely. Some seemed taken back by their presence. Others seemed very skeptical. Arthur got out and locked his speeder down, adjusting his suit jacket and trench coat as he walked to the front door. His blaster and lightsaber were hidden inside, setting him slightly at ease. He wasn't planning on needing to use them, but he preferred to have them close. At least he wasn't defenseless without them. Neither of them were.

"Why? Prefer to have an easy exit in case I get thrown back out?" he joked as he entered.

Inside people stopped to eye them. Some murmurs could be heard, but the music drowned out any chance of listening in on what the patrons said. They all looked tough and worn, a stark contrast to the elegant and clean appearance the rest of Naboo had. Arthur looked around before slowly making his way to the bar counter. "What? This seemed to be the only place with some atmosphere in this city!" he called out, earning a few grunts, murmurs and scoffs. One of the men rose from his seat, a tall man dressed in a worn tank top and trousers who looked several years older than he most likely was.

As Arthur raised a hand to call over the bartender, the man came to stand next to them with a bottle of beer in hand. "You boys lost?" he asked in a hoarse voice. "We're right where we're supposed to be." Arthur quipped as he glanced up at the man, who didn't seem to appreciate the answer all that much. "Oh, is that so?" he asked coldly as he straightened up, glaring at them...
