Intent: My intent with this weapon is to provide a powerful and useful deterrent to those of us who use guns. One of the biggest things we will have to deal with is the possibility of reloading. During that period we have no way to defend ourselves, this weapon can make up for that. I have made the recharge high, and the ammo fairly low, so this weapon is something that should be used with thought, not mindlessly.

The MSMC-01 is a shoulder mounted plasma cannon that packs a fairly heavy punch, cutting through light armour like a knife through butter. The large amount of plasma fired from the weapon, causes the bolt to give off a small explosion on contact, further increasing the damage of the weapon.
Due to the weapons location the designers saw fit that the optimum way to reload the weapon was to provide it with a self recharging clip. Once the clip is emptied the weapon begins to recharge, a single shot every three seconds and can be fired as soon as a shot become available. The weapon itself has one hundred and eighty degrees movement vertically and horizontally meaning it hit anything that is in the users field of vision.
The weapon itself, can only be controlled by a helmet with a heads up display functionality, however it compatible with any and all of the more common makes of HuD.
