I find it difficult to join a mission. Almost all of them are filled and I am never on early enough to get one.

@Wit just put up a new mission pack (that I see you have posted in!). The mission tracker has all of the missions that still need to be completed, including some old ones that never got finished. The three most recent missions packs (New Ithor, Hoth, and Coruscant), excluding Jedha, are full because they were posted a little while ago.
The packs usually don't fill up that quickly and there is room for all. What will happen is you post in the thread and then if you are accepted for the mission @Wit, @Toasty, or I will let you know. We have to wait until we have enough participants signed up to start dolling out assignments. My advice for now is just to be patient. We usually have enough fun to go around.
