A mile east of Sundari

On a climb side Minerva laid flat on her stomach, looking out down below toward a docked transport. Just like the intel suggested. She can see three pirates guarding the ship using the nearby rocks as cover. There two more occupied with uploading crates onboard.

A scowl came upon Minerva, taking a guess that some or all of it was looted Mandalorian items. Of course she wasn’t afraid of some two legged mynocks but there were two mounted guns on the transport that presented a complication. Not to mention the remaining pirates were inside the vessel.

“We’re going to have to be fast and creative about this. All the sleemos have to do to win is hold us off long enough to lift off before heading back to space. Any bright ideas?” She remarked before turning to the others present while the arid wind howl in the distance.

It had only been an hour or two since the skirmish in the Sundari palace. Aside from Eisa and Curse, Minerva didn’t know the rest personally. Additionally they had sent out a code message in Mand’oa about the situation to gain further aid from any Mandalorians close at hand and willing.

Srucayr would eye the scene, his hatred for the pirates growing with every passing second. "Those with a jetpack, circle around to their rear. I will draw their attention and their fire. They're much less likely to run if they see a singular Mandalorian, much less one without a rifle. Once they're engaged, use the jetpacks to land on top of the ship and disable the turrets, disable their flight. I will chant the Dha Werda Verda to keep time. Once it ends, that's the time to strike. My shield can hold some of the fire and once I get within their barricades, I'll have more cover. Once systems are disabled, enter the ship through service hatches. With Kads help, the other pirates will rush out to help their allies. You kill them in a crossfire."

Gett'se lay at the edge of the cliff face, the top of his visor peering over the edge to watch the pirates below. His cape was flung over the beskar of his buy'ce to hide the sun's glare as he watched the aruetii below. He counted five, three standing guard in the rocks and two loading crates of whatever property of the Mandalorian's that the pirates had made off with. That meant there were at least five more aruetii inside, if not more.

They did not belong here. Skin stealers and thieves that plundered his sacred homeworld. He would punish them without mercy for their crimes.

Listening as the vod who was native to the world detailed a plan, Gett'se considered it while he shifted back away from the edge and came up to his knees, still mostly facing the pirate encampment as he twisted to look at the man.

"Works for me." He said as he unslung his rifle. Standing and moving further away from the ledge, he gave Minerva a nod before breaking into a fast jog roughly along the ridge to work his way into position. Once he was far enough away from the pirate transport, he dropped down from the ridge, activating his jetpack at with a squeeze and an opening of his hand to feather his fall at the last second, he found cover behind a large rock.

Keeping the transport in view, he moved across the terrain from cover to cover in short bursts to work his way around the ship.

Wrapped in her tattered cape – one she really ought to replace for it had suffered through a lot – to prevent the harsh rays of sunlight from reflecting both her armor and helmet, Reiel peered over the edge of the cliff they were perched on for their enemies. The Nagai captive spoke true as she and her vode watched the proceedings below. Her anger at the desecration of their ancestors' halls and the theft of Mandalorian property reared its head, growling and snarling like a great, slavering beast. Together with her companions, she swore to herself that they would make things right. They would slaughter those thieving outsiders without mercy, with no heed for whatever excuse nor acts of begging the aruetiise might attempt.

They were not Mandalorian. They wore the armor, stolen from those who were long dead. The actions the pirates wrought were akin to spitting on every Mando'ad's face, shaming the Creed that struggled to remain alive despite the wars and purges that sought – and failed – to wipe the Mandalorians from existence.

They will pay. In blood.

Reiel nodded in agreement with Srucayr's plan. She unslung her DC15-A Blaster Rifle from its perch on her back, careful not to dislodge the cape covering her. Adjusting her position, she tilted her head to the (she could only assume from voice and movements) older Mandalorian's direction and gave him a nod.

"I will snipe them from up here," she supplied helpfully, the words also aimed at Gett'se and Minerva in a show of support,, "should they get wind of your presence before you reveal yourself. I will utter the chant in time with you, and proceed to strike."

Leaning against the front hull plating of the Rim Hopper the fiery haired spacer, casually and probably to the annoyance of the Mandalorians around her - especially those who did not know her, yet alone the oft lackadaisical attitude that she often displayed at the best of times. Many of the Mandalorians, her crew mate included were spreading about, scoping the site up ahead of them, formulating plans, devising tactics and weighing up the pros and cons of the best way to strike, whilst the spacer on the other hand was more content to just be leaning against her ship and checking over the charge of her blaster's power packs.

From the discussions and overheard words, it was pretty easy to figure out what was sitting in front of them, a freighter that was being guarded by the Nagai pirates and their various beastie pets. With the constraints that should they not be swift enough to act, then their quarry would have the opportunity to escape. A wide grin crossing her lips as Eisa's ears picked up at Minerva's words, fast and creative eh?

"Minie, Me and Curse are gonna go for a quick spin" Eisa called out towards her crewmate and the gathered Mandalorians, before she pushed herself off from the hull of her ship, and heading towards the boarding ramp of the Rim Hopper. Pausing only for a moment to beckon the little buzz droid to follow her, "give us a shout when you're finished playing" The spacer called out before disapearing completely into her ship.

Before Minerva or any of the other Mandalorians could comment, the boarding ramp had started to seal itself. Shortly followed by the sound of the ships engines firing up into life, as the Spacer planked herself down into her pilot's seat, and proceeded to run through the pre-flight sequences. "Curse, How'd you fancy giving Minerva and her friends a chance to have some fun with the pirates?... By blowing the kriff out of Pirate's ship" Eisa spoke whilst strapping herself into her seat, giving the droid a quick playful wink before nodding her head towards the turret control seat up behind her.

Once all the sequences had been punched in, the spacer took control of her ship, throttling up the engines and lifting the Rim hopper up off the ground, where it hovered for a few moments before seemingly turning around as if to leave the Mandalorians to their own devices. Well only for long enough to build up some altitude, before suddenly and sharply turning round and breaking into a diving strafing run down into the valley whether the freighter and the pirates had been holed away. Even though she figured Curse would no doubt be opening fire very soon herself from within the dorsal mounted turret, the spacer squeezed down on the trigger of the forward facing dual laser cannons.

Minerva listened to her Vod and nodded. Ruthless and efficient, not bad at all. Just because we’re honorable warriors doesn't mean we can’t use clever tactics. Her late father, Jorel Merrik, rested, his soul would certainly approve.

“May your aim be true sister.” She replied to Reiel after the latter volunteered to provide sniper fire.

Drawing her blaster rifle Minerva was about to follow after Gett’se when Eisa shouted from behind back at the Rim Hopper. For a moment the former founding was confused before realization hit her like a Wookiee’s punch.

“Red wait-

The freighter lifted off, hovering drowning out Minerva’s voice. It flew away before turning around. Knowing her captain and the Mandalorian exclaimed. “She’s going to do it.” Minerva activated her jetpack, rocketing off the ground.

Subsequently the pirates both onboard the transport and outside noted the commotion. At first puzzled, those on the ship on radar saw the Rim Hopper diving for an attack run. Immediately the turrets opened up a salvo while the pilot in panic tried to ascend, causing two crew members carrying another crate to fall off the ramp with its contents.

The Hopper’s barrage struck the left wing of the pirate transport, causing the ship’s engines to explode and crash the vessel, kicking clouds of sand and killing the two pirates on the turrets. As for those at the rocks including those who fell off the ramp(five in total) they swiftly took cover from the attacking freighter, not yet realizing they got more problems coming their way.

Minerva let out a nervous laugh mid flight via jetpack, knowing under normal circumstances she would’ve done something similar.

Hopefully there relics that are still intact...somehow.

Srucayr watched the idiotic outsider ruin their plan of gaining the pirates ship. "I'm going to hang that Aruetii by her intestines.." he said as he watched her take off. He'd then look to the other Mandalorians "We need to engage!"

He activated his jump boots as he drew his warpick, making it a short distance before he landed and began to sprint at the pirates. Despite the weight of his armor, the warrior could run in it. Closing the distance, he'd leap a barricade as the first blasts from the Hopper came in, one of the fleeing pirates would be even more surprised as the pickside of his weapon bore into their skull. Lifting his repulsor, he'd fire a pair of pirates into the blaze of their ship.

Curse was busying herself cutting into a piece of scrap from her quarters as she sat besides her master on the dusty earth, some distance away from the Mandalorians. It was clear from her irritated buzzing and whirring she wasn't in the best mood. She had always thought Minerva was boorish, and that seemed to be par for the course for her kind. Those pirates in the capital had been lousy with beskar, and yet these puritanical meatbags couldn't afford her a single piece for herself. They had been watching her like a pack of hawks ever since her little incident back at the palace. She didn't much care for their 'strategy' either. In the time it took them to discuss their plan she could have snuck down there and disabled the pirate freighter's engines, making their attempted escape a non-factor. But if they didn't want to take advantage of an expertly-crafted and experienced sabotage droid at their disposal that was their loss.

So when Eisa indicated her intentions of ruining their plan by just dropping in and blowing the Nagai to kingdom come, Curse was happy to oblige, chittering with delight as she joined her master on the Rim Hopper, gleefully hopping in the dorsal turret and powering up the gun. Destroying their ship turned out to be child's play, much easier than the Mandalorians made it out to be. A few well placed shots on the unsuspecting fools left their craft grounded and in flames, and room for the Mandalorians to swoop in and finish off the rest of them. And keep all the beskar for themselves. Selfish, laser-brained tin men.

//Anything else to blow up?//
She called back to Eisa after seeing the freighter destroyed. //Let's show these Mandalorians how real destruction is done!// Yes, blowing some more stuff up would definitely improve her mood. Blowing stuff up always improved her mood.

Gett'se was just beginning to jog away from the group, hopefully with Minerva in tow when he heard her shout out. Breaking his stride, Gett'se turned to see what the commotion was about, just in time to see the Rim Hopper ascend. Apparently the plan had been trashed.

So much for taking the ship. He thought to himself as he turned to follow the group, rising into the air on the flames of his jetpack as he reached the cliff edge. Aiming down the sight of his rifle as he flew, he fired a blast that caught the shoulder of a pirate who was about to fire at the archaically armed Srucayr, sending a bolt flying to the sky as his aim was thrown off.

The shooter dove behind a rock but that did not deter Gett'se. Coming down on top of the rock to land, he finished his foe with a blast to the back of the Nagai's head. Snapping his rifle up he fired a pair of shots at the boarding ramp of the now crashed ship. The men who had been trying to climb out of the wreckage ducked back into the cover of the downed and burning ship.

Standing on top of a rock in the middle of a skirmish wasn't exactly the ideal position in Gett'se's mind, now that he had finished the man hiding behind it. Hopping down, he was glad he did when a bolt cut the air behind him, another pinging off the rock next to him as the shooter adjusted their aim.

Gett'se's rifle snapped up as he dropped to a knee, firing a pair of shots at the pirate as the pirate shot flew over his shoulder. The man was down and Gett'se rushed forward to the cover the man had occupied, a crate likely containing looted artifacts of his people. Clearing the cover with his rifle, he ducked behind it before taking a peek to find his next foe.

The downside of having yet to acquire a jetpack of her own was that Reiel – right now – was the only one left on the cliff when everyone else flew down to get into position and when the fighting began. She lay on the cliff face, mouth opening and closing shut like a fish out of water when Eisa's ship flew overhead and began blasting at the Nagai's craft–

–that the small group of Mandalorians and an aruetii and her droid were supposed to be capturing.

Oh, come on! one part of her mind yelled in a mix of exasperation and surprise.

Nice, commented the other part, impressed at the destruction and reveling in the screams of the pirates as they scrambled around to gather their bearings and fight back.

"Haar'chak!" was what came out of her mouth in a strangled yell as she surveyed the explosion, whatever Mandalorian artifacts the pirates were hoarding onboard coming to mind. She hoped that nothing got destroyed in that initial attack.

Reiel adjusted her hold on her rifle and surveyed the chaos below. It looked like she really did give herself the support duty as her vode fought the outsiders below. Yes, she ought to stay up here and go to them once the pirates were wiped out. She only needed to imagine how a pain it would be should she get up and climb down the cliff to follow after them. Reiel wouldn't be surprised if the fight would be over when she had just jfinished scaling down the cliff face. The thought was enough to fuel her irritation aimed at her own self.

And so she started blasting.

A pirate who had their blaster trained at the airborne Minerva caught Reiel's attention. The huu'tun was running for cover and she followed his track, noticing that they were headed for some cover. She changed her rifle's aim to the pirate's destination and squeezed the trigger once the Nagai showed in her scope. Reiel grinned as the pirate's head jerked back and fell, now unmoving and never even getting the chance to try to shoot Minerva down.

"Kote!" Reiel sang under her breath, switching the Dha Werda Verda for Vode An. She sought her next target, taking note of her allies' positions in the playing field. Her gaze would then find another pirate who would attempt to catch Srucayr off-guard while the older Mandalorian was busy sending a pair of the thieving scum into the blaze of their damaged ship. The pirate dropped, head smoking from the fresh bolt it received, and Reiel would move on to look for a new target.

"Kandosii sa ka'rta, Vode an. Manda'yaim a'den mhi, Vode an..."

Well the strafing run paid off, in the spacer's mind at least. There was no chance of the pirates being able to pin down the Mandalorians long enough for the ship and their haul to make a get away, rather the combined shots of the strafing run had fried the pirate's engine as it attempted to take off, sending it crashing back down to earth and leaving it in a state where it wasn't going to be taking off any time soon - well as soon as a replacement engine had been sourced and fitted.

Leaning back in her seat, the spacer grinned wildly as she pulled the Rim Hopper out of it's descent and started to gain on altitude, a chuckle escaping her lips as she picked up on the chittering and chirps from the little buzz droid. "Well we're gonna help out on Concordia next" Eisa called out, as she tightened her grip on the control yoke just before the ship started juddering as it broke through the upper layers of the atmosphere.

"Think one of the Mandos' said something about a Rancor" The spacer resumed shortly after the buffeting on the ship came to an abrupt end and they were once again in the vacuum of space. "But before we get there, gonna need you to programme an auto nav sequence, thinking an automated cargo drop, Before the ship seals up and goes and land at a safe zone.... Oh and try and fix on some repulsor coils onto the ATRT, just to soften our landing" she continued, whilst her hands busily punched in the co-ordinates for the randez vous point that Dregg Star had passed along.

Once all the co-ordinates were set, the fiery haired spacer reached over to the flight console and pulled back on the throttle, to buy herself and curse a bit of time to get their preparations done for their next venture.

As the Rim Hopper wheeled away from the action Curse clambered down out of the dorsal turret and made her way to the cockpit, climbing up on a chair beside her master. It would seem they were leaving these ones to their own devices and moving to Mandalore's moon to help the others.

As Eisa explained what she wanted her to do in the meantime the little Pistoeka quickly caught on to what they were doing, and chittered deviously. //Gladly...// She replied with a hungry buzz before climbing up to the ship's co-pilot seat and jacking in to the console. This was going to be fun...

Minerva zipping around like a Whistie had only a moment to the hostile trying to target her behind a rock. However, a laser bolt from afar caught Nagai, killing him instantly. Knowing it was Reiel but having no time to express her gratitude Minerva dashed to the right, evading several crimson shots.

Quickly she spotted the shooter, a female Nagai with a repeater in the midst of the rocks. Subsequently the pirate fired again Minerva dived away. She aimed her rifle, firing three shots. The first two bolts missed but the last caught her opponent in the left thigh. The pale raider cried out before crashing the back of her head on the large boulder from behind, killing her in the process.

Jorel‘s adapted daughter still in the air briefly noted the others deservedly slaughtering the intruders. She descended rolling onto the sand before back to her feet. The two surviving pirates stayed in cover of the wreckage, firing back at the Mandalorians.

“Send the signal!” The bald pirate shouted to his younger comrade who reached for a hand held device, aciviting it with a loud beep.

As that happened, Minerva tossed a flashbang into the wreckage, causing a burst of light that temporarily blinded the pair. Charging inside she spotted them trying to recover. Ruthlessly Minerva fired two shots each into both pirates’ chests. Just as did the former founder heard the continuing beep.

“Huh?”

She advanced toward the source, the device recognizing it as a commlink. “Ancestors preserve us; they called for backup!” But the question is what kind?

Srucayr would wade through the blasterfire, trusting his kin to watch his flanks. As one of the Nagai struggled to their feet, they looked up just in time for the pick to punch through their helm. There was some struggle, or perhaps it was just his weapon was lodged in their nervous system, but the twitching stopped as his weapon was ripped free. Scooping up the corpse, he'd toss it on the ramp to dull some of the blaze. "I'm going inside!" he'd yell over the comms. "We cannot lose our relics, our history." and with that he'd step into the flames.

Heat. A feeling, a sensation Srucayr knew well. After all, a heated blade was used for the carvings that covered his body, but this was different. His underlay would work overtime as he pressed through the flames, his visor scanning as he moved. He could feel the slow rise of the temperature of his metal, he had time enough to do what he came for.

Srucayr would push through the smoke, catching movement within the cargo hold. All the Nagai would see was a form wreathed in smoke and flame before burning gauntlets grabbed ahold of his face. Screams would fill the hold before Srucayr launched him backwards down the ramp and into the blaze. There were three crates already aboard. "Found them. Steel crates. If we want to have something left of this ship, we need to combat the blaze now." He made his way to the first crate and his gloves would rest on the near-red hot surface. Burning. "Through the fires of Kad are we forged.." he mused and the grip would tighten and with it, the heat as he began to push the crate to the ramp.

Hearing Srucayr‘s warning Minerva immediately sprang to action, holstering the blaster. She grabbed the second smaller crate. Despite wearing gloves she gritted her teeth and hissed in pain as the hands took a hold of the hot metal surface.

This is the way.

Close to the ramp she tossed the crate and ran back for the third. Fortunately it was similar weight to the last one but the burns continued. Dropping out Minerva knee over, breathing hard. The gloves had spared her hands from a worse fate it had been bare but they still sting a bit.

As it was on cue, a U-Wing appeared on the horizon and circle around them. Minerva was drawing her blaster when the comms came to life.

“Vod this is Armand Wren I received your earlier transmission. Here to lend a hand...though it looks like you all already had the party without me.”

There was evident disappointment in the voice on the other end. No doubt the pilot had wished he had been sooner. A chuckle escaped the founding before she answered.

“You’ll get your chance hotshot, the scum has sent out a signal. Our sister on the cliff side needs a lift first then we get these crates filled with relics inside.”

“Copy that. See ya on the ground.”

The gunship landed, opening its ramp below for Reiel to come inside. She would be met by several members wearing Clan Wren armor. Once the first passenger was onboard the Mandalorian vessel descended toward the others. Landing next to the burning pirate ship, six Wren warriors with Reiel came out. They went to work with the crates bringing them inside the gunship. One of them however approached Minerva, crossing both arms across the chest as they both examined one another.

“I take it you’re the flyboy.” Minerva finally remarked before Armand replied with amusement. “Indeed and you must be the caller, shorter than I expected.”

Minerva rolled eyes underneath the helmet before the newcomer continued to speak to the rest of the group. “We don’t have much time, my ship just picked up a signal, coming out of hyperspace and it's big. Let’s get out before we’re caught on the ground.”

Once everyone was onboard, the gunship lifted off the ground, blowing dust. As it happened, a Hammerhead corvette suddenly jumped out from lightspeed, hanging high above just below the clouds.

Combat the... what now?

No. No fecking way.

Why was she finding it hard to believe that her vode would do something as reckless as charging into the blazing flames to save their people's relics? It wasn't too far-fetched; Reiel knew that she would've have done the same without hesitation. For someone who's only been a Mando for eight years, however, hearing Srucayr's proclamation through the comms had to be the most Mandalorian thing she'd heard so far the moment she set foot on their homeworld.

Through her rifle's scope, she watched as Srucayr and Minerva managed to successfully save the steel crates containing whatever relics the pirates have looted from the burning ship. She then searched for Gett'se, sighing in relief to see him safe as well. With the first objective of their mission complete, Reiel stood up with a grin – which soon turned into a grimace when she remembered that she was the only one left on the cliff. It was going to be a long way down...

Grumbling to herself and cursing her own lack of a jetpack, Reiel slung her rifle back in place and would begin the tedious descent but the sudden apperance of a U-Wing made her halt. She watched as it circled around the pirate's ship before heading to her direction.

Maker be damned, she told herself as the ship landed, the ramp opening to reveal whoever the passengers of thr craft might be. Don't tell me these are more pirate backup–

A fellow Mandalorian gestured for her to get in the ship. Reiel, surprised but relieved at the revelation, followed willingly and was met with more of their vode, all clad in Clan Wren armor.

"Um... hi! I'm Reiel Mal. Clan Crowholde," she offered in greeting. "Well met, and, er, thanks for the ride, ner vode."

One short ride later and Reiel, along with the Mandos from Clan Wren, now joined Srucayr, Minerva, and Gett'se in front of the pirates' burning ship. She dutifully helped with the crates, brushing off any offers of assistance. Just because she's tiny didn't mean she could not lift, thank you very much. There was a reason she chose to wear heavy armor over the medium type, after all.

Once everything was all set and everyone was inside the ship, Reiel allowed herself to relax and see to her vode's well-being. Approaching the three Mandalorians and ready to play the part of a nurse, her question was cut off with the arrival of a Hammerhead corvette.

"Heads up, everyone," she heard one of the Wren Mandos speak through the comms. "No-good company's here."

With an exasperated sigh, Reiel could only shrug and prepare herself for the worst. This day just kept getting better and better.

Pain, blood, it was all a sacrifice to Srucayr. Offerings to Kad Ha'rangir, a god whose hunger hadn't been truly sated in over a century. As Akaan Salyr, he would pay the price to ensure the survival of those around him. Once the relics were unloaded he looked to Minerva. "The pilot and the droid.. if they kriff up the plan one more time, I will personally sacrifice them to Kad."

As the gunship landed and Clan Wren stepped off, Srucayr almost felt a laugh forming in his throat. They would rely on a Clan his covert despised. Truly, poetic. He would stay close to the relics, untrusting of them, for their lack of allegiance to the Old Gods. In the time before the Great Purge, Clans Wren, Kryze, and many others had long since turned from the old religion. In fact, too many of their kind had, it was why the Mandalorians were on such a downward spiral. They lost their souls and Kad had to remind them of their identity.

As Reiel joined them, he gave her a once over. "You okay, kid?" There was fair amount of blood on his beskar and currently it was unknown if it was his or others. "I'll be with the relics." He announced to the others as he stepped aboard.

Taking a breather Minerva subsequently heard the warning from Armand about the enemy reinforcements. Then the threat Srucayr made toward her crew members followed. Anger erupted in Minerva’s voice. “I said I’ll take responsibility for their actions. Leave them to me or I’ll send you to Kad instead!”

Yes what happened was not the most ideal but the fact Eisa and Curse still helped, by taking out the pirates’ turrets. That should count for something else. Back up in the cockpit Armand called out “Save your feuding for later we got bigger problems.”

The Hammerhead proceeded to fire a salvo after salvo toward the retreating U-Wing, forcing the later take evasion action. Minerva held on to a panel for dear life. Just as the sudden movements she looked out a viewpoint, seeing the pirate vessel turning away.

Confused for a moment, Minerva’s eyes widened upon seeing the hostiles’ destination. “They’re heading for Sundari!” She shouted for all to hear looking back to the others. Storming to the cockpit to Minerva added. “Turn the ship around we need to counter attack.”

“Against a corvette! We won’t last long against that.” Armand exclaimed in utter surprise.

“Not if we storm onboard and take the ship. Get me in close and I’ll clear a path for the rest of you. Otherwise Sundari will burn again!”

Considering it for a moment Armand actually chuckled before turning the U-Wing around. “What’s your name and clan Vod?”

“Minerva Fhirdiad. I am the adopted daughter of Jorel from Clan Merrik.”

“I’ll remember it in case we survive this.” Armand remarked before calling in the intercom letting the others know of the change of plans. Minerva charged toward the hatch.

The U-Wing flew higher, above the clouds as cover before diving down. The Hammerhead dorsal twin turrets rotated and opened up a barrage at the incoming threat while the Wren craft twisted left to right to avoid the hostile shots. Once in reach of the Hammerhead Armand sent the signal and Minerva with two Wren Warriors opens the hatch and leaped out

Activating their jet packs they flew toward the dorsal turrets still firing the retreating U-Wing. Subsequently with a quick gesture by Minerva they unleashed their rockets at the dorsal turret, destroying it in a brief yet intense explosion. Landing at the top of the Hammerhead, Minerva calls Armand via the commlink.

“Flyboy your approach is secured.”

“Copy that see ya on the other side.”

Said the Mandalorian pilot on the other end. Moments later he maneuvered the U-Wing to the Hammerhead’s docking tube on the side. The other Wren warriors would then force it open and storm in with their fellow Mandalorians leading the way.

Something about the threat from Minerva was amusing to him. Especially since his words were a promise before Kad. "I already walk with him, you can do nothing more to get me closer. But since you have said you will take responsibility. It has been noted and we'll see if you're up for that."

The thought of saving an already devastated city seemed pointless to Srucayr. Her Clan and those they flew with had long abandoned Sundari to suffer as it had. So this act of heroism was a century and generations late. As the U-Wing docked, Srucayr would remove his shield and rotate it in hand. "Stay low and take your shots. You'll have cover behind the shield."

As the doors opened, Srucayr would advance, blaster bolts immediately pinging off of his shield as he advanced. If bolts hit him, he didn't show it. With each step, the hammer of his warpick would begin to bang against the back of the shield as he took to chanting the Dha Werda Verda, something that seemed to give the pirates pause.

Whether they knew it or not, the Shadow Warriors were here and they brought their wrath with them.

There wasn't much to offer save for her abilities in battle, and Reiel would make sure that she would give the opposition hell for what they have wrought upon her people's home. Pirates, plundering what was supposed to be left alone with time until the reclamation arrived. What was supposed to be touched by the Mando'ade's hands only have been stained with the filth of the aruetiise' villainy.

No more.

She had weathered the rough ride when the U-Wing evaded the Hammerhead's fire. Now that the Wren Bunch's ship managed to dock in the corvette?

It was time to show these pirates the storm they have unleashed upon themselves.

"Kote!"

Taking advantage of the bastards' surprise, Reiel would begin open firing at their direction, one unlucky pirate falling after another. Her usually quiet voice had become astoundingly loud as she joined Srucayr's chanting, the words fueling her own rage as she and her vode pressed forward. These pirates and their laughable attempts at a defense never knew what came to them.

They have brought their villainy upon the Manda'yaim, and now?

These pirates would be met with nothing but a one-sided massacre.
