Mid and Sakadi have to work together to escape from a wasteland...and to hopefully develop a relationship between the two characters

Please provide a basic in-character timeline of what you expect to happen.
Thread 1(Ask/Self-DM): Mid and Sakadi both find themselves on an imperial freighter carrying a cargo of ancient scriptures and artifacts. After an intense duel the freighter falls into the EMP field of Atrer 3 and is pulled into its atmosphere. On the planet the freighter crashes, leaving the wounded and tired Sith and Jedi stranded in the wasteland. While licking their wounds, they are set upon by raiders and captured.

Thread 2(Ask/Self-DM): In the raider base the Jedi and Sith are running out of time. Realizing they need each other they work together and escape, disrupting the camp and stealing a vehicle. From there they need to find whatever passes for 'civilization' on the planet to try and figure out how to escape.

Thread 3(Ask/Self-DM): After laying low and healing up for more than two weeks, they figure out with some help from the locals how the EMP field works. They also find out that a gang of really sneaky pirates use the planet as a base of operations to launch attacks and disappear. With the next eclipse coming up they have to infiltrate the pirate base and hijack their ship in time to escape from the hell hole.

What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"?
To start up an arc between the two characters and to hopefully begin a rather odd relationship between the two.

Do you need any involvement of canon NPCs or faction leaders to be DMed by a staff member? If so, please detail who/what and for what purpose.

I dig the concept and the IC events but I fail to see how the threads relate to creating Dark Armor and for Sakadi to learn Aerokinesis. If you could have events that have them more directly learn what they are trying to get. Also dark armor is a 3 thread minimum, that's for stuff like OPEN/PvP or DMed threads that have substantial (potential) difficulty so I think if you want to do self-dm threads you should certainly add a 4th thread in there.

The plan was to use the one thread for the parts to make a possible retroactive plot out of it, so I would have done a few more threads/plots after this to complete it. It wasn't supposed to happen all in this one plot.

As for the aerokinesis, that was more to try and hit two birds with one stone, since Horus wanted Sakadi to learn aerokinesis. But yeah I do agree that it doesn't fit so nicely with the flow of the plot and the progression between the two characters. I think it might be better to take them out and hold off for a dedicated plot for those two things.

works for me. Understand you'll have to repair any and all electronic items you bring with you to the planet since they get fried. You won't need to replace them but have a thread somewhere after this where you repair anything you want to use again (lightsabers for example)

Was actually planning on doing a thing on Ilum so might as well use that for new lightsabers XD
