This thread will detail the guidelines one must follow to rank up in the Imperial Military.

Non-Commission Corps​

The easiest and best way to rank up in the non-commissioned corps is simply, simulations. As a non-commissioned officer, you don't yet have the experience and skills needed to lead major battles. These realistic simulations will allow you to test plans, strategies, and your skills while bringing you no risk of harm. Should you preform above and beyond what is expected, you may be granted a higher rank, but this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Commissioned Corps​

To gain ranks in the Commissioned Corps, a balanced combination of simulations, missions, and real time combat will help you earn your way up in rank. Like the previous section, it will be dealt with in a case by case basis with the faction leader and his helpers reviewing your RPs to see if you showed real merit.
