(If directly stared at for prolonged periods.)

You can't impose particular effects upon another RPer, that almost paramount to godmoding. You could say the individual wearing the mask becomes especially proficient in such arts, but you cannot say what will happen to a character simply because it utilized alchemy and by their proximity. In and of themselves, the effects are passable, but not in the manner of which they are cast.
