The air was cool and crisp as the Spooky Mistress came landed on the Maridun. The savanna was dotted with various sized hills and upon each hill were hundreds of Stone piles, Some overgrown, others fresher looking. The sun had begun to set over the hills as they arrived.
Adenn and Etr exited the ship, Wearing black tunics and trousers with piles of helmets on a dolly in toe.
He pointed to a hill
"That is where we must takes these."
Etr Followed him up the hill until they reached the top and Stopped. Looking at the various hills and sone monuments
"What is this place, Uncle?"
Adenn looked at him solemnly
"The resting place of our Kin, Etr. This place has served as a burial ground and ritual sight for our clan for over 600 years. Today, Boy I will teach you a mans most solemn and important duty."
He smelled the air, Just as he'd remembered from when He was a child.
"We are going to lay the dead to rest"

Dolworth landed the Raza close to the Mistress, stepping out and into the crisp air of Maridun. Dolworth’s face was grim, not his usual cheerful smiling self, but a solemn figure. His Beskar’gam, painted black originally as a promise for justice, now served as funerary garb as Vode prepared to perform a duty he had ever done once. Dolworth felt sadness for the Rytts, not because they had to give their kin burial, but because they could only bury metal. Even he had the luxury of burying-or as Solus Custom demands burning-his brothers body...

Etr's eyes began to tear as Adenn Handed him his fathers helmet. He hadnt since hels it since he was a child. Tears fell onto the helmet as Etr caressed the slopes, feeling the blaster marks, the same way he had when hed last seen it.... The day he'd lost everything
"We Dont even have their bodies... How would they be able to find their armor?"
He Cried.
"They're gone... They're all gone!"

Adenn waved to Dolworth, gesturing him tl join them on the hill. Etr Sat with the helmet, Staring out on the burial sit and Adenn Joined Him, Gently wrapping an Arm around him;
"Cry not, Ner Ad'iika. They are not dead. They have joined their ancestors for the march. At the end there is warm, Green country where the sweetest flowers bloom. Where there is no winter, No death, no pain and No sorrow. We live so we may die… and we die so we may live again."

Talon swooped the Reaper near the Raza, falling Dol.
He spotted the others on a hill and began walking towards it, the solemnity of the moment already weighing him down.

Etr looked at his uncle.
"How would we know that? What if there is nothing? What if this is all there is..."

Adenn Picked a small berry which grew at the foot of an old grave He showed it to Etr:
"If I ate this berry, It would be gone physically. But its Energy would continue to be used by my body, which in turn would be used to produce another matter which would then, after a line sequence of transformations, become another plant or even another berry. You cannot destroy Energy, Etr. All that we are, our thoughts, our emotions, Our souls... those cannot be destroyed. Beyond the religious teachings I believe common sense demands there is something beyond this world. Everything has its mirror; light, Dark. Matter, Antimatter. Energy, Dark energy. Etc. If this world is one of sadness, One of Hardship then there must be a foil. A world of Joy and ease. A world where we are dead and they are living. We beings think so highly of ourselves, yet despite all our crowing we Still havent overcome death, We still cannot see beyond this world."

Dolworth noted such thoughts as he came close, hearing what Adenn said as he watched them speak. He had pondered these thoughts as well. Both of Etrs and Adenns. These were from the months spanning binge he endured after cremating his brother, and yet his thoughts still didn't give him ease or comfort. His heart still ached and withered while he closed out the pain with the only thing he can do: Duty, Honor, and a smile.

He gave a light sigh as he looked at the Beskar'gam before him, Such a waste he thought, these sets could sponsor many foundlings. Yet these are Rytt Beskar'gams not mine. He had thought of this as well. It almost felt like shame to think it, as he himself had spared his brothers set from the flames.

The boy placed his hands over his face, trying to hide his tears out of shame.
"Im sorry… Im sorry for crying uncle.."
He looked up at Adenn, whose eyes had begun to tear as well. He felt his uncle pull him in closer

"This is that sort of Place, Son. Your Tears are acceptable here. You do not need to apologize. We're here in the place where Our ancestors watch us. And one Day You will bury me here and I will watch as your children grow up hearty and strong and you will clutch them and comfort them in the same way as I do now."
Adenn remembered back to when his father buried his grandfather and held him closely explaining to him the facts of death.
"Your father.. was a brave warrior. .. he was supposed to be the next leader. You were to be his heir. And I swear I will make you an Heir worthy of our clan name"
He looked at the boy;
"I will not fail you".
He sat in silence before continuing
"ni kyr'tayl gai sa'ad. Etr Wyara. Rala Ni cuyir ceoa par gar turyr, meh Ni trattok'or o'r ner dabr.Ni hwa kar'taylir gar jii shi asas l'ewvan Rytt."
[ know your name as my child. Etr Wyara. May I be judged for your fate, if I fail in my duty. Etr Wyara is Dead, I know you now only as I'ewvan (compund name, Meaning (Unshackled one)) Rytt]

"Thank you sir. I promise I will learn to be the best I can be"
He rose, his uncle with him and Etr dried his own eyes. He looked to his fathers helmet and wanted to dawn it.

Adenn Gave a knowing nod.
"We Rytts have a tradition of keeping our fallen dead's armor and of passing down our armor to our offspring. We believe that those armors which belonged to the fallen are specifically blessed by those martyrs who died for the cause. Keep your fathers armor, We will have it repaired the first chance we get. The rest of these will need to be laid to rest."
Adenn and Etr took a few hours to build a large pyre from coal. The armors were laid in between. As he moved Sarad's armor he inspected it. On the interior a small paper note was rolled and put into the edge of the visor. He unrolled it and was moved to see her handwriting;
"The day will come when we meet again.
Do not cry now for we know not when.
For what is the point in the pain of sorrow?
When we might meet again tomorrow.
~to my Love, Find me of the other side. I will wait for you till then. Your's eternally, Sarad Wren"

Another tear fell from his eye, you always were one for fond farewells, Sarad
He thought to himself. He placed her helmet at the top of the pile and they build a surrounding layer with mud and stones save for a small hole where Adenn was built with fire in it. Soon the fire grew and the sparks rose into the sky with the setting sun. Those armors would be turned into raw metal to be remade, and his friends and family would know he had not forgotten them
