CCT MK. II

As the Mandalorian Dominion has expanded into the galaxy and come to the forefront as a legitimate army and government, the Mand'alor deemed it appropriate to standardized the beskar'gam that his soldiers wore. Since each Mandalorian House has its on unique color identify, the new CCT MK II armor is created from a stock white template that can be customized to the users behest upon acquisition.

The CCT MK II was created with heavy armor coverage in mind. The torso plates covers both the front and back with solid protection, same with the thigh plates. Knee, shin, and shoulders are also plated. The armor proper also consists of a bodyglove to help with heat retention and cold mitigation, an armorweave flightsuit to give protection against light blades between the plates, as well as a reinforced flak vest for the torso to help with shrapnel resistance. As is standard in armor of it's class, the CCT MK II also comes standard with a helmet integrated comm unit.

Due to the added protection of the armor, the weight can be a mitigating factor. While the weight wouldn't inhibit the use of arms for using blasters or melee weapons expertly, it does prevent fast nimble movements. Stopping or turning on a dime is nearly impossible, and jumping away from a sudden attack would be significantly hampered by the weight; after all, the armor is designed to weather damage, not avoid it. The wearer of the armor is still able to roll, dodge, stand up, etc, though such actions will require more exertion and be clumsier. It is highly recommended that the suit not be submerged in more than 2 meters of water or there is a significant risk of drowning.

Function 1: Standard Jetpack

    • The jetpack on the CCT MK. II is a high-grade maneuverability device that is capable of top speeds of nearly seventy-five (75) kilometers per hour in its flight-mode. It can maintain these speeds for around ten minutes of continuous flight. In combat-mode, the jetpack allows for short bursts letting the wearer move approximately 10 meters in just a few seconds. This makes it useful to scale short buildings, span gaps and crevasses, and gives the user enhanced mobility in combat. Due to the high speeds of flight-mode, it cannot be used in combat. The jetpack on the MK II is incapable of using a mounted rocket weapon due to its more compact size compared to the Z-4.
Function 2: Wrist Weapon Hardpoint

    • The left or right wrist (depending on the Mandalorian) has been fitted with a hardpoint that allows for the attachment of various weaponry. Given the pragmatic nature of most Mandalorians, the designers of the CCT MK II have created modular wrist options for the hard point. These options can range from a wrist mounted flamethrower with two (2) internal gel capsules, one wrist mounted rocket launcher with two (2) missiles, or a microfilament net launcher capable of being shot up to 15 meters and rated to capture a creature up to a Wookiee in size.
Function 3: Integrated Heads-Up Display

    • The integrated HUD of the CCT MK II is slightly more advanced than its original counterpart. It is capable of giving temperature and environmental readouts, has an internal compass, and can provide armor integrity feedback as well as an 8x rangefinder. The gauntlet weapons can also be controlled via the HUD, but only through command words. Blinking patterns are above the limits of the CCT MK II.
Function 4: Wild-Card Function

    • The fourth function of the CCT MK II has been left to the decision of the wearer. Options include a second wrist hard point, specially designed boots with magnetic soles, or a retractable wrist blade.

As the Mandalorian Dominion has expanded into the galaxy and come to the forefront as a legitimate army and government, the Mand'alor deemed it appropriate to standardized the beskar'gam that his soldiers wore. However, standardized armor could not cover the needs of the entirety of the legion, leading to a variety of specialist armor sets being commissioned.

The MandalArms Tactical Reconnaissance Armor was created with medium armor coverage in mind, capable of maintaining mobility and speed through rough terrain while providing adequate protection in a firefight. The torso plates covers both the front and back with solid protection. Knee, shin, and shoulders are also plated. The armor proper also consists of a bodyglove to help with heat retention, cold mitigation, and water resistance. An armorweave flightsuit to give protection against light blades between the plates, as well as a reinforced flak vest for the torso to help with shrapnel resistance.

Due to its capabilities, the MandalArms Tactical Reconnaissance Armor sees much use in special operations, often used by Dominion scouts, snipers, saboteurs, and general commando units where a loud jetpack and heavy armor might be a disadvantage. It is also lightly utilized by front line units, the tactical data that it can provide for analysis can make a difference between victory and defeat.

Function 2: Advanced Tactical Reconnaissance Computer

  • The MandalArms TRA utilizes an Advanced Tactical Reconnaissance Computer built into the helmet of the armor. The computer has a small range of capabilities useful in the field for gathering, recording, and relaying tactical information. The computer records everything the user sees and hears, utilizing long range communications equipment to send the footage back to base in either a continuous feed or short burst packages, as the situation demands. Recording can be done in standard and thermal vision modes, allowing the user to implement a thermal vision mode on their HUD. The computer can also be linked with a drone or remotely placed video cameras, capturing video feed from them. It cannot however control the drones, which must instead be done using an independent controller. Footage from drones or remote cameras can be displayed in the corners of the helmets HUD display.

INTENT
To provide the Dominion with a heavy warship capable of dueling with the First-rate warships of other factions. It's designed to fulfill the role of an Imperial-class Star Destroyer: heavy battleship, carrier, flagship.

DESCRIPTION
The Kandosii-class Battleship is the Mandalorian Dominion's premier class of warship. Designed by Mandalorian engineers to serve as the core of Mandalorian battlegroups and to best the Imperial's Empyreal-class Star Destroyers in combat they act as both flagships, carriers, and the First-rate ships-of-the-line.

A single Kandosii is a force to be reckoned with as it is bristling with heavy guns and thick armor, though this comes at the obvious cost of speed and maneuverability. The Kandosii are large and sluggish, turning and accelerating slowly, moving more akin to a flying brick than a sleek spaceship. This means that they use their armor for defense rather speed and maneuverability, weathering the incoming fire through shields and thick armor. However, in a straight line they can eventually build up significant momentum, making it a dangerous ram when combined with its wedge-shaped prow.

Carrying a complement of starfighters and bombers in three hangers, the dreadnought goes into battle capable of launching a full wing of single ships to harass enemy ships and provide cover against opposing starfighters. With its numerous docking tubes, the Kandosii is capable of pulling up alongside disabled capital ships and boarding them, dispatching its complement of ten thousand Mandalorian warriors into the enemy ship. It also has a compliment of ground vehicles and Troopship Landers to allow it to ferry forces to the surface of a terrestrial body where ground emplacements and strongholds can be engaged and destroyed.

The armament of the Kandosii is designed to provide several overlapping fields of fire. To the fore, seven assault concussion missile launchers (located in the armored ventral "fin" to prevent catastrophic detonation in the event the magazine is breached) can be used to devastating effect against the enemy battle line or against ground emplacements. Where the Kandosii really shines is in close, "knife fighting" range, where it can bring its broadside cannons to bear and unleash a hail of turbolaser fire into the enemy using its heavy armor to endure return fire while coordinating with other capital ships in its battlegroup and its starfighter escort to make short work of the opposition. Its twelve point defense guns give it a moderate protection against starfighters and warheads, though it mostly relies on its starfighter complement for such precision defense.

Nova-70 Blaster Rifle


Description: The Nova-70 Medium Blaster Rifle is a product of the MandalArms Subsidiary Concordian Crescent Technologies designed to be the Dominion's main service rifle and the successor to the now Out-of-Production Nova-67 Carbine. Featuring an innovative recycle and recoil system, the Nova-70 has relatively minimal recoil enabling the operator to put accurate follow-up shots down range as quickly as they can pull the trigger without having to resight. Weighing it at a mere 3.25 kg, the rifle is relatively light and is a pleasure for soldiers on patrol to carry as can be collapsed into a very compact and easy-to-handle size. When used in the field, the stock can be extended to allow superb bracing and stability allowing it to accurately fire at ranges beyond two hundred meters. With the aid of the magnification scope, the range can easily extend up to three hundred meters.

The Nova-70 also comes with a stun setting when nonlethal force is preferred.

Also produced is a range of attachments for the rifle like the HE Pump-Action Grenade Launcher which can fire an impact-detonating explosive up to 100 meters away with a blast radius of 2.5 meters. The grenade is required to be replaced after each shot, a process which can take several seconds. When firing the Grenade Launcher it is impossible to accurately fire the blaster rifle.

An additional attachment is the ScatterShot, a slugthrower firing dozens of small metal pellets. These are incredibly effective against unarmored targets and lightsaber wielding opponents, but are only effective within about 10 meters as they cause severe hemorrhaging and significant damage to soft tissue. Armor and heavy cover significantly reduce the effectiveness of the pellets to cause significant harm. Each round must be loaded via Pump-Action into the chamber before it can be fired and it cannot be operated simulatenously with the blaster rifle. The ScatterShot attachment only contains 5 rounds before needing to be reloaded.

SHR-1 Meteor

Description:

The SHR-1 stands for Squad Heavy Repeater and is meant to be a heavy weapon carried by a responsible member of a military force. It is also nicknamed the Meteor since the amount of fire it can put down range is akin to bringing a meteor shower on the enemy. It is a fair bit heavier than any of the other blasters in circulation and also larger than a simple heavy blaster rifle. the sound it makes can be heard against more normal blaster fire even in the heat of battle, encouraging opposition to flee, surrender, or pray.

It is capable of carrying an easily trappable 50 round drum type power cell that adds an additional two kilograms to its weight. This can quickly be used up by the high rate of automatic fire that is the only firing mode on the weapon. an alternative and recommended method of munition presentation is the backpack which can carry 200 rounds. The 200 round backpack is an additional 10 kilograms to the base weapon's weight. There are lighter repeaters out there on the market but the SHR-1 provides high performance and is capable of weathering harsh outer rim conditions. the factory made backpacks and power cells are damage resistant to prevent injury from a stray blaster bolt finding its way to the power supply of the weapon. The backpacks don't have to necessarily be worn but can be operated by a two man team instead. The benefits of each ammunition type are trade offs. the 50 round drum is less weight per round but is forced to reload more frequently but also is easier to reload overall for a single person. The 200 round backpack runs the risk of having the weapon overheat if continuing constant fire rate and loosing accuracy as well but also is heavy on top of the already heavy weapon weight. This also is suggested to have a designated spotter who's sole focus is to monitor the weapon's heat and also to allow for a quick reload so that the gunner can have a re-acquisition of further targets. The backpack itself is reinforced but the hose can be damaged so that it cannot fire through hose fed means until repaired or replaced. This still takes the equivalent of a direct impacting medium blaster round to make it inoperable which is more likely to just be an accidental effect rather than an intentional target from the enemy.

The weapon comes standard with a rear top mounted rail system for a single attachment. This comes with factory made iron sights but can receive a holographic sight or other add on if desired. Even though the majority of the recoil of the weapon is absorbed by weight of the weapon it still requires the bipod mounted at the front of it to be fired with best accuracy at 100 meters otherwise it's effectiveness is halved. Unless the user has multiple arms or has the experience, strength, and size it is unlikely that a single person will effectively be able to wield one alone. The blaster bolts that shoot forth from the weapon are only medium in damage but the high rate of fire of the weapon compensates for any shortcomings in shot damage. It also provides a good suppression weapon in longer range medium range firefights against anyone who might pop their their head out.



Intent: There aren't any "machine gun" type weapons really and in an all out war I would think there would be someone in an army with a squad heavy weapon. This is meant to be a military based weapon for the Mandalorian Dominion and its members. It is also meant to be used by two people efficiently and would likely be used at less than full capacity by just a single person. But seeing as there are beings who are the size of the hulk there are exceptions.

To expand the Dominion's military arsenal and provide Dominion PCs with a dedicated Interceptor-class spacecraft.

Originally Prototyped as the Claw-4 Interceptor by Concordian Crescent Technologies, the schematics were obtained after the rise of the Dominion when CCT was nationalized by the nascent government. Now with the full technological might of the Dominion behind it, CCT and its parent company MandalMotors upsized the Claw-4 allowing it to carry a Class 4 Hyperdrive while maintaining the speed of the original. Many of the same design characteristics were transported over to what was now being called the Jai'galaar or "Shriek-Hawk" starfighter.

One of the first things to change about the craft was the removal of its four laser cannons in favor of two cannons to save on production costs while still providing a similar level of firepower. In addition, Mandalorian engineers used the additional space to add a concealed torpedo launcher to the underbelly of the fuselage giving it an element of surprise to unsuspecting foes. The hope was that the addition of the torpedo launcher would give the Hawk additional utility against more armored targets.

The narrow profile and swivel mounted wings along with its specialized vector-thrust GX-95z (x2) and GX-97t (x4) engines provided the Hawk with astounding speed and maneuverability allowing it to pull off extraordinary stunts. Its sleek and angular profile also means it has exceptional speed and nimbleness in atmosphere.

Developed in concert with the Fist Multirole Assault Craft, the Hawk is often deployed as a fighter escort and protection screen to the much larger ship. Like its Claw-3 predecessor, the Hawk requires a well-trained pilot to manage its exceptional responsiveness and fine-tuned handling, however, like the Claw-3 an expert pilot can push the Hawk to its limits and perform amazing feats which would even impress the renown Jedi Aces.

INTENT
To provide the Dominion with a ship which can function as a heavy bomber or a troop transport/gunship.

DESCRIPTION
The Marev, or Fist in Basic, was designed to be a modular starship allowing the Dominion the ability to save on production costs. It comes in two configurations which are easily interchanged with a few sets of hands and some time. The first configuration is the most common one: an assault transport capable of delivering a surprisingly punishing amount of firepower as well as holding two dozen Mandalorians which are able to be rapidly deployed via a ventral bay. Two bay doors open on the bottom of the craft lowering the rack of twenty-four seats down allowing for quick deployment in a combat zone. The second configuration forgoes transportation capability entirely and instead replaces the passenger compartment with a bomb bay. Internally, the seats are removed and replaced with the deployment system for proton bombs or space mines.

Armament wise, both configurations of the Marev come standard with two forward laser cannons and two rear cannons, allowing it to defend itself from more nimble pursuers and gun down weak prey. It also carries two torpedo launchers capable of launching either proton torpedoes or ion torpedoes depending on the situation.

While not a particularly fast ship, it has enough speed to make it a threat to freighters, transports, and corvettes. Equipped with 4 MandalMotors GX-81s Fusial Thrust Engines, the Marev is capable of reaching up to 80 MGLT in its transport configuration and 70 MGLT when laden with ordnance. The rotating wing design gives the ship enhanced maneuverability for its size making it surprisingly nimble. Pilots have often been surprised by the smooth handling of the Marevs, and opponents have underestimated the large craft because of the distinctly Mandalorian spinning-wing design. The rotating wings create an illusion often confusing gunners and even allowing the Marev to dodge shots to its large wings. With its sleek and angular design, the Marev is also well suited to atmospheric operations, and is preferred by Commandos as a close air support craft due its strong armor and shields and its heavy armament allowing it to root out dug in enemies or destroy enemy armor with its torpedoes. That's not to say it is unable to be hit or destroyed; its large frame is an easy target to land a shot onto, and despite its good speed and surprising maneuverability it is not nimble like its smaller cousins making it all too susceptible to coordinated weapons fire.

Equipped with powerful deflector shields, the Marev was designed to absorb damage in order for it to safely deposit Mandalorian forces into battle or deliver its heavy payload. With its class 3 Hyperdrive the Fist is capable of independent operations allowing the craft to insert two squads of Mandalorian Commandos discretely into a hotzone without the need of a large carrier and also capable of mounting SAR missions. To this end, it is also equipped with floodlights like other spacecraft for use in lightless areas and with a holonet transceiver for Galaxy-wide communication allowing it to keep in contact and coordinate with Dominion Military Command. The Marev can also double as a boarding craft as the rear docking ring allows the ship to attach to the airlock of ships to insert its payload of Mandalorians.

INTENT
To Provide the Dominion with a heavy armor role unit for use in Faction Battles.

DESCRIPTION
Designed by Kromulous Skirata during a drunken bet, the Keldabe Roaming Obliteration Machine fits well with Krom's philosophy of "Kill them and then kill them again." The main turret-mounted heavy cannon is among the largest currently seen on heavy armor. The cannon is unique in that, via an input in the gunner's terminal, the bolts fired can be tweaked. By supplying more energy and less gas, a more precise bolt can be formed that is more easily able to penetrate enemy armor and can penetrate extremely thick armored vehicles, similar to a conventional APFSDS round. The standard round is similar to a HEAT round and is effective at penetrating most armored vehicles. By supplying less energy and more gas, a more unstable bolt is formed that is similar to conventional HE rounds. These rounds, while possessing less penetrating power, are capable of harming nearby infantry and light vehicles. If so desired, conventional rounds can be used rather than using the laser system.

In addition to the heavy cannon, a combination proton torpedo and concussion missile launcher allows for an even deadlier tank. These guided weapons use a top-down approach to ensure maximum destruction and enables them to have an impressive range. If need be, these weapons can be converted to a wire-guided system to avoid any attempts to jam or avoid the projectiles, though this drastically reduces the range.

The Keldabe Roaming Obliteration Machine is a slow, lumbering beast of a tank. Its armor is thick and utilizes slats to protect against man-portable AT weaponry and conventional rounds while the composition of the armor provides excellent protection against energy based weapons. In addition, the onboard Steel Wool Hard Kill system senses incoming threats, such as missiles, and fires a fully combustible explosive to intercept the projectile and knock it off course without detonating the weapon or causing collateral damage to nearby infantry. The Steel Wool system can only deal with two threats at once. Six projectiles can be loaded into the Steel Wool system and, once spent, must be reloaded by a trained professional. A secure compartment in the rear protects the crew against a penetrating hit to the compartment where the capacitors and gas are stored, though this will render the main cannon useless. Due to the prevalence of mines, the armor at the bottom of the tank is sloped to minimize damage and reduce the chances of being disabled. As expected, the Keldabe MBT is proof to small arms fire. A particle shield is also onboard the Keldabe MBT, though is only good for one or two large projectiles before needing an extensive time to recharge.

Another defensive measure contained within the Keldabe MBT is a smokescreen that contains chaff, seeking to interfere with targeting systems and temporarily render such weapons ineffective. Only two chaff packages can be loaded at once and, while they can be reloaded by crewmembers, can only be done via external access panels. The onboard Electronic Warfare package also allows for temporary sensor and signal jamming, though this also renders the Keldabe MBT's sensors and communication equipment ineffective.

Onboard the Keldabe MBT is a Holonet Transceiver and military grade communications suite, allowing for secure intersystem communication. This enables even cut off Mandalorian forces to coordinate with allies without the threat of having the messages intercepted. Onboard oxygen and liquid waste recyclers extend the range of the Keldabe MBT and allow for troops to reuse liquid waste for water. While this does not protect against starvation, this significantly improves the chances of the crew if the tank is disabled and the crew stranded. The tank is sealed and shielded against nuclear radiation as well as biological and chemical agents. In addition, an onboard refrigeration unit and oven allow for food storage and cooking, though some believe that Krom included the fridge for the storage of cookie dough and the oven to bake said cookies.
