Mandalorian Civillian Positions

Alright this idea was brought up by loco and Instigated by Cordon who wants to run MandalMotors (though that company is mine: spoken in a Darth sidious voice) as a Civillian type character.

I figured its an interesting Idea and was wondering who else finds it as a good idea.

Essentially indi, or sub-factions within the faction that are mainly civilian, and business.

Whats everyone else take on it and if wanted Ideas for the Civillian Mandalorian company board layout since I would need to add it to the revised board that I sent to Brandon several months back.

I'll see what other have to say, then I'll post some of my ideas. MandalMotors/Tech has a huge economic impact that is practically entirely under control of the Mandalorians- seeing as how it is a point of investment for many Mandos- that's something that no other faction can really lay claim to. Most other corporations, even if they have political leanings, are essentially unaligned and independent.

This idea would certainly be an improvement, but I still believe that the distinction between both civilian and military should be seamless in this culture. Again, that's something for the Think Tank to decide, so I'll wait to see what they come up with.

If we were completely true to the culture, then yeah this would be superfluous. However, since it is increasingly obvious that there are some who don't particularly give a shit, I do understand the need for an established military and rank structure in this setting. It makes things easier to handle for those who don't want to learn and RP the culture, and would rather just enjoy the shooty blasty super soldier bits of it.

Many Mandalorians contribute out of a sense of duty and requesting or accepting help from an outsider would be somewhat frowned upon in most circumstances. It isn't unheard of, though. What exactly did you have in mind? Some sort of business arrangement?
