Biography

Three meals a day. That was what Luwalhati had always deeamed of having as a child of poverty on the shady streets of Nar Shadda. But a street rat like them could only get so much from the trash, and even from the kind but reluctant waiter who gave them leftover food from the restaurant's nightly services. Luwalhati was young, but they felt extreme self-pity for themself, having to beg for a basic need that should've been readily made available if only they had a mother and a father.

Three meals a day, and a nice bed to sleep on. Luwalhati was 10, caught by a slaver and sold to a mean-spirited Zygerrian. They were not treated by him as a person but as a pet, a plaything to be whipped or tased when they did not perform exactly as their Master desired. They were 10, and life was more miserable than it had previously been. Still, they were being given three, decent and delicious meals a day to keep their body fit for their age, and a nice bed to sleep on.

They were a slave, they were being hurt and punished for something so minute, but they were still grateful to have food to eat and a place to rest their weary head on.

Then came a Sith.

He was tall and dark, gaunt for his age, and looking very, very stern. He seemed to be acquaintances with their Master, and he talked about paying off a debt Master owed him. Credits were offered, weapons and armor... riches they had never seen were being laid on the table but the Sith only wanted one thing.

A student, strong with the Force. Someone he could teach the powers of the Dark Side to before death claimed him.

One headless Zygerrian was the result of the meeting between acquaintances, and so was Luwalhati's bondage to their old Master and to a new one.

The Sith taught them about what little did he know of the Eternal, taught them how to feel the Force and the Dark Side and the basics on how to use them. When the Eternal's seat of power was taken he taught them to be loyal to the Empress and her Empire. He taught them not to trust their fellow Sith, to keep them at arm's length. Friends are crutches, he would always tell them, but despite their shyness and lack of self-confidence and -belief it was the one thing they couldn't quite follow. They were a child of loneliness, and while the Dark Side's glacial embrace was comforting, Luwalhati was always curious of what warmth felt.

They were 16, and they had just buried their Master's body. Luwalhati felt that he would've liked the place: a meadow stretching as far as the eye can see, blanketed by a multitude of colorful flowers. The planet whose name they did not know wouldn't have suited their Master in life, but it did in his later years and upon his death. It was all they did for the last three years of his life: train, take care of Master, learn more about the Force. Master had never praised them, not even once, and yet the look in his eyes when he last gazed upon them made them cry for the first time in years. Master – having no family himself – even left them a small fortune he saved while serving the Eternal, then the Empress: a simple abode on a planet called called Chandrila, and a huge sum of credits now under their name.

Master was gone. It was time they try to make their mark on the galaxy in the name of the Empire. They were Sith. An Acolyte still, yes. But a Sith nonetheless.

But only if their timidity and introverted nature let them.

Personality and Traits

Extremely shy and introverted, Luwalhati very rarely takes the initiative to talk to other people. They will only talk when spoken to, and even then they struggle to keep the conversation going. They often avoid eye and physical contact, especially towards men. More often than not Luwalhati's head will be up there in the clouds, but when someone talks about something they take an interest to they will timidly engage themselves in the conversation and offering what they know.

In addition to their timidity, they were also gentle by default.

Despite being a Sith, Luwalhati avoids and dislikes conflict. They will rather escape than fight, but will definitely fight back when the odds of their escape are against them. These make them seem a coward in their fellow Acolyte's eyes, but Luwalhati feels that every bit of knowledge they learned from their late Master needs to be preserved, so death, impairment, nor arrest will never be an option. And as a former slave, they value life and freedom, making them quietly disagree with the Empire's recent activities.

There is a certain quality of greed and selfishness in Luwalhati, however, and a lust to grow even further in power, as well as to obtain anything and everything they desire. Perhaps these are what make them an Acolyte. Perhaps these are what make them Sith.

Skills and Abilities

Bladework: Luwalhati's lightsaber skills need more polishing. They still doesn't have a style they favor, and is reluctant to draw their blade. They'd rather...

"Use the Force": Their Master taught them the basics of the Force and the Dark Side when he took them under his wing, delving deeper into powers they wished to use one day. With their fascination of the Force, they have trained hard and diligently under their late Master's tutelage until their mastery of the Force reached that of their current status as an Acolyte.

Alligator Sky: One of the skills outside Force usage their late Master taught them is to fly and repair a ship, making Luwalhati a reliable fighter in the air and an instant mechanic on the ground.

Learning is an Endless Affair: Luwalhati has a penchance for learning, soaking up every bit of valuable knowledge they are being given. This makes them very teachable, and even then Luwalhati will never even tire nor complain about lessons as long as they are of genuine value to them.
