The Luminado Mercenaries

At first, the Grand General, Lane Benadaro, was another Jedi. He was one of the worst, in point of fact. His power was weak. The only thing he could do well in was lightsaber combat. Eventually, he became curious of the Darkside of the Force. His power began to grow. He became stronger and stronger until he could rival and Jedi master. It was at this point, for the safety of those he cared about, that he decided to leave the order. So he did.
Living on his own, he began to grow weary of living off of scraps. He became good friends with another ex Jedi, who sparked an idea with him. Together, they would be Jedi, something they were good at, and mercanaries as well. This was when the Luminado was born. Together, they recieved clients, went on missions together, and recieved enough credits to afford anything they ever needed.
They moved to the planet Svivren, set up a treaty with the Senator on Svivren, and used a good number of their credits to construct a base/headquarters. There they had everything they ever needed; shipyards for fighters, freighters, and possibly corvettes, barracks for when more join their numbers, a treasury, mess halls, command central, briefing rooms, ship bays, etc. They had everything they ever needed. But it wasn't enough for them. Using a little more of their credits, they then constructed a Luminado academy, similar to the Jedi academy, to train those who are seeking to advance to officer rates. Lane felt satisfied afterwards.
Once they finished, they sent out wavers and ads requesting members so they could bolster their size. They were looking to be huge, but also small enough to be exclusive. They made their name in the universe, the Luminado Mercanaries were born.
The years went by. Luminado would become allies of the Hutt Empire and the Second Order of Lettow, before the order was disbanded. During the hiatus between the First Hutt War and Second Hutt War, Lane disappeared, causing a void in power. Sakaki assumed leadership and kept Luminado from disbanding. In need of a new headquarters, they moved to Obroa-skai, where Marquis Gabriel Djibril took them in.

Advancing in Rank
Training- Training is not long, and will not be diffecult. No need to fear.
To advance in rank, one must obviously meet the requirements. Each rank has different requirements, becoming more and more diffecult to achieve. Only the most dedicated will achieve general.
NCO1- complete training
NCO2- Complete first mission
NCO3- Complete 2 missions successfully
NCO4- Train a recruit
NCO5- Train 2 recruits
NCO6- Complete 3 missions and train a recruit
NCO7- complete 5 missions and train 3 recruits
The next ranks are officer ranks. These are only slightly more diffecult that NCO ranks. Completing a mission as an officer means command or leading a group of Luminado in the mission. These are not always easy as some Luminado can be uncooperative.
O1- graduate from the academy
O2- complete 2 missions
O3- complete 3 missions
O4- Complete a fighter mission
O5- complete 2 fighter missions
O6- Complete a spec-op mission
O7- Complete 2 Spec-op missions and 3 fighter missions
O8- Train a Master in the Academy
O9sub- Successfully meet training requirements and must have been an O8 for a galactic month
O9- Must be chosen by Grand General
Along side ranks, members can choose their specifications, which must be posted in their profile, of their specialities.

Each specification can do anything, they just specialize more than the rest in one specific field. And ground unit can pilot a fighter, and pilot can build a base, etc., etc.
