His eyes darted from building to building, then to the speeders whizzing by below and above them. The hustle and bustle of city-planet life was similar to Dromund Kaas, but there was just something different in the air here. It was also his first time here, and one of his first expeditions in a long time. Last he'd been off-world doing something had been with his parents when he accompanied his dad on military missions. Until that.
"Yooooo," he mumbled under his breath as he stared through the window of the waiting room in the port they were in as the bus prepared. "This shit's cooool." He was concentrated on the city outside, and there was a great amount of people there, so Luc didn't notice when the group passed him by and headed down to the bus. He didn't notice as they announced last call, and his absence would be noted too late, when they did roll call halfway on the way there and they realized they're missing a student.
He realized all of this as he whirled around on his heel, only to find that there were no familiar faces in his vicinity. For a moment, he was about to panic, but then Luc remembered they'd told them the number of the bus in case they got lost and needed to meet up with the rest of the class there. So he checked the boards, and found that it had left about 8 minutes ago.
"Oh fuck," he said quietly. "Oh shit. I'm gonna die on Coruscant. This is it." He looked around frantically, but despair slowly set in over him as he realized the search was fruitless. They were all gone. He balled his hand into a fist and then just sat down straight on the floor, back leaning against the window.
