Lightsaber Crystal Bleeding

I recently discovered a something in the new Star Wars canon about lightsaber crystals; bleeding. A user of the Darkside can apparently bleed a kyber crystal, i.e. with negative emotions and pain, to make it turn red without using a synthetic crystal. Bled crystals can also be 'healed' back to normal by a user of the Lightside.

What I want to know is if this process would be allowed on this site, and at what level a Force user could feasibly bleed or heal a kyber crystal?

Making any color into red via bleeding is canon and perfectly ok. In fact, that's the standard procedure for getting a red lightsabers. Synth crystals aren't canon anymore.

And purifying a crystal is also canon and allowed to. It was done by Ahsoka, who turned turned red kyber crystals into the silver ones we see in Rebels
