DESCRIPTION​

The Lightsaber-blaster hybrid was invented by the remaining Jedi during the reign of the Galactic Empire. After the purge the remaining members of the order had to hide their relationship with the force and could not use their signature weapon, the lightsaber openly so devised a way to conceal them to look like blasters. Adding a second that could discharge the weapons energy as a blaster bolt. Because the energy bolt is not encased in the focusing field the bolts fired where weak and only capable of stunning its target
