Born to be a hunter, Varg spent the first parts of his life learning to temper his instincts in the Jedi Order. Filled with a constant internal struggle, Varg strived to be the ideal young Jedi. Combat training came easily to young Shistavanen as he was often able to physically overpower his fellow younglings. Though he began to lag behind his fellow Jedi in his study of the Force. He found it difficult to find the inner peace that served as the Jedi's foundation to the usage of the Force. His particular group of younglings helped him tirelessly never accepting of him falling behind. He gained a fierce loyalty to his fellow Jedi as they grew towards young adulthood.
They knew their training was coming to end, soon they would be promoted to full Jedi Knights and they would join their brothers and sisters on the battlefield. Varg was pulled aside by an older Jedi human name Tallus. He was told he had been assigned to him to complete his final training towards Knighthood. His youngling clan was promoted to Knights the next day, Varg the only one held back.
Eager to complete his training and re-join his fellow Jedi on the battlefield. Tallus took him to a remote planet where they continued his training. At first, it was quite normal but over the next weeks, Varg became more and more concerned about the direction of his training. Tallus encouraged him to embrace the nature he had fought his whole life to control. By the time, he realized he was straying to far from the teachings of the Jedi, he was convinces that he would no longer be welcomed bu Jedo, thay they had no intention of letting him become a Knight
Over the next months, Varg was introduced to the Darkside of the Force slowly. Where centering his mind was difficult before, he took naturally to harnessing his emotions to fuel his power. Over countless conversations with his new teacher, Varg was shown the errors in the Jedi teachings. The final nail in the coffin that contained his loyalty to his order was driven in when he was shown that all but two Jedi out of his you going clan were killed within weeks of becoming Knights. He knew then that to the Jedi Council, they were nothing more throw away pawns in an argument over philosophy.
While the pair remained secluded for the most part, Varg took parts in small skirmishes towards the end of the conflict. Instead of the Jedi, he fought on the side of the Exiles as they tried to quell the Order that had betrayed so many over the millennia.
As the call to unite the Jedi Exiles spread across the Galaxy in quiet whispers. Varg prepared himself to become the warrior he was destined to be.

While Varg seems menacing, he capable of being quite nice to those around him of the situation calls for it. He has grown increasingly more weary of trusting others but once he does he can be severely loyal.
While he enjoys being around others, he is quiet, only saying things when they need to be said. He will challenge authority until he deems they have deserved their place, or he has over come them.
In his dealings both on and off the battlefield he is a natural predator, constantly searching for weakness he can exploit and take advantage of.

While both physically strong and fast, he prefers to rely on his natural strength to over power foes. He also will cbone natural attacks with attacks for hos lightsaber.
