BIOGRAPHY

Born as a heir to the Z'kka clan Kriak inhereted his father's Force sensitivity. Though he was an offspring of the clan leader the Z'kka clan was rather small and less important in comparison to many other larger clans in their region of the planet. Kriak's father aspired to have the clan climb up the hierarchy one day by ascending to the position of one of the clans tasked to be the reigning princess's personal guard. His offspring however didn't quite share the enthusiasm of this endeavor, this being just one of many disagreements between Kriak and his father. Even as a youth Kriak was always sort of rebellious and hardheaded and by many standards he differed largely from a common Mustafarian. Kriak was curious, thirsty for knowledge and held disdain for his home planet and his species somewhat narrowminded lives and ambitious, believing strongly that it is a waste of life to stay and work away on Mustafar and it's backwards ways when there was a whole galaxy out there to explore. He had a habit of purchasing various holovids, texts and other sources of ''outsider'' knowledge and entertainment from various pilots and workers of other species that would occasionally visit Mustafar, and he usually did so using his clan's resources. No doubt this helped broaden the young being's views and added to his further disdain of his culture and life on his home planet.

Following his coming of age ritual common for all Mustafarians which Kriak successfully passed his father had a bit of more hope for his ambition to be fulfilled but that would prove to be short lived. Shortly after Kriak was caught trying to sneak into the reigning princess's residence and was found guilty for murdering two of the guards that came upon him before being apprehended by the rest of the clan security force. He was supposedly trying to steal an expensive artifact from the royal residence for a smuggler pilot that had promised him a departure of the planet and a hefty amount of credits to kickstart his new life. Kriak was trialed and sentenced to death, his father disowning him during the trial due to the shame he brought onto his clan, and was to be executed. However fate would not have it that way and instead the incident caught the attention of a Sith that was visiting the planet at the time. The Sith master visited the caged Mustafarian, amused by the seeminlgy primitive race producing such a rebellious little being. Meeting Kriak he was surprised by the insectoid's intelligence and forward thinking but even more so by his connection to the Force. Deciding it to be a waste for Kriak to be executed the Sith took the being with him to be trained and recruited by the Sith Order, finally giving Kriak a chance to escape his people's imprisonment (both literally and figuratively) and chase his dreams within the Galaxy.
