DESCRIPTION​

The KLT-series astromech is a bargain-basement droid produced by the Best Quality Mechanicals corporation, a fly-by-night Outer Rim droid manufacturer with a reputation for moving its operations from planet to planet in search of cheap labor and component suppliers. BQM's offerings tend to be of questionable quality, and the KLT is no exception. It's only real saving grace is its incredibly low price point.

Although the KLT's build quality leaves much to be desired so when found AL3X it was nothing more than a rustbucket left next to the swoop racetrack, he brought the droid home and slowly started to remodel and re-paint the old broken down KLT droid.

LEGALITY​

Legal. The KLT-series astromech droid is not legally restricted throughout most of the Empire and beyond.

To create a personal and "fun" droid companion for Naadlia

No. KLT-series astromech droids are reasonably common, and it would be fairly easy to buy, steal or otherwise acquire one.

Unfortunately the image you have used is very clearly not a KLT series astromech droid. Can't pick a totally different droid and pass it off as an existing one. I'd suggest changing the image to match the original tech submission, or making a new submission for review with the image you want.
