I haven't heard from @Charndley lately, and the last visit was on June 2nd (shortly after his previous turn that he had to skip). That does make me worry a little. I do hope that everything is ok on his end.

Skipping turns or writing a character out of the thread should be the last resort, but I'm not sure what options we have. If @Charndley has to skip another turn, then we might need to figure out the next steps. Perhaps Nara could feel worse (due to prior injuries) and need to get out of the temple. That could also be a good reason for Kori to regroup with her people.

It's a tough spot and I'd hate to leave anyone out. Perhaps we just wait until Lavi, Thluna and I have gotten our replies out. Then if there's still no word by the time it's the sith's turn again we can do like Topher suggested and just have Izel and Kegari continue the conversation with them. Hopefully by the time things get back to Charndley again he'll be back. If not and things are escalating we'll have to find a way to write Nara out, or at least find an excuse for her not to be involved in the encounter. Something like the floor collapsing and everyone getting separated or something...

Yeah it’s a tough spot to be in and I would hate to be left out as well, if I were in the same situation. Well as @Reyn said we can get our replies out and then if we haven’t heard from @Charndley by then and it’s the Sith’s turn again to go. Then perhaps we can chalk it up to Nara being too injured to continue.

Of course if it’s possible, we should get his consent first but then @Catbert is right, we should do that only as a last resort. But all and all I do hope all is well with him.

Also @Thluna you can go on ahead of me in the turn order, so Izel isn't going twice before Kegari get's a chance to speak.

Thanks, @Reyn. That sounds like a plan. Despite my join date, I have little experience with handling things like these. But since I initiated the thread, I do feel responsible to keep it going and see it through to the end. Hence I'm bringing it up.

Basically, I'll take any suggestion that keeps Nara able to return at any time over whatever I wrote previously.

Hey people.

Sorry for dropping out all of a sudden. I had some difficulties with returning to work and Covid so I sort of dropped out of everything that required extra time and brainpower. I should have left a note saying what was happening but I didn't, so I'm sorry.

I've already talked on Discord a little and chatted with Catbert, so if you're all still happy to have Nara involved, I'll write up a post after the other Jedi characters post. Sorry if I've slowed the thread down and thanks for keeping it up in a really interesting way. Reading through your posts was a lot of fun.

Glad everyone's back in the game. I was actually setting things up in my post so that we could all be divided up, maybe roll to see who's randomly stuck with each other. But if you guys would rather we keep the single thread going we could continue it that way and just have the damage to the temple be superficial. Whatever you think works best.

@Logan, I think you're up in Unfortunate Duty (unless you'd prefer Team Jedi to post). It also feels like the thread is drawing to a close (if the Jedi figure out another way out of the temple, and unless anyone has a better suggestion). The way I see it:

- The Sith have managed to evict this Jedi team.

- The Jedi have managed to find out the reason for disappearances.

- The locals will know to stay away from the area now.

The way it looks right now, we're going to fight for at least a round while Team Jedi tries to figure out what to do. The end result of Jedi fleeing and Sith staying is fine: it's the most logical outcome at this point.

I'm ok with the thread ending that way. Looking forward to how this storyline is going to progress. Also @Darasuum the thread we're in now is just about over but the Jedi will definitely be coming back to the temple in future threads, maybe we can have multiple teams if we get enough people.
