The New Jedi Order
The Great River

After the fall of Coruscant the New Jedi Order remained scattered and decentralized, focusing on their survival instead of their involvement within the galaxy. Now, years later, they are finally planning their re-emergence. Establishing two new outposts, these locations would serve as the rallying point for the Order in a web of connected bases and safe houses. Additionally, the Order will once again embrace a constantly moving Armada.

Outposts were central locations for Jedi operations, safely hidden bases where Jedi could gather and train. As a standing rule, Jedi traveling from any location within the Great River or from a mission had to first travel to another world and have their ship scanned for trackers before traveling to an Outpost world. Safe houses were smaller, less remote locations where Jedi could safely travel to before and after missions. Each of the endorsed safe houses and outposts had a security camera separate from the local security mainframe that connected with the Kothlis Security Room, which had a Jedi constantly supervising all feeds.

Although the Jedi High Council only officially endorsed two outposts and four safe houses, members of the Order were encouraged to establish their own outside of Imperial space, further expanding the web of safety. From these safe houses the members of their Order could begin to once again serve the citizens of the galaxy, who were in dire need of the Order that had once protected their safety. Because of the security measures needed within Imperial Space, Jedi are not to establish private safe houses within this area.

Still decentralized, the hammer of the New Sith Imperium would not be able to reign down on the Order. With an expanded web of locations from which to operate from, the Jedi could once again challenge the cruel rule of the Sith, joining in the fight to stem the tide of the Imperium's continued expansion.

KIRA II ASTEROID B219

On an old mining facility in the asteroid field that was once Kira II, the Order has begun to retro fit the abandoned station into a usable outpost. The base gives the Jedi access to the Hydian way, an important route that spans from the Core to the Outer Rim. The facility consists of three main buildings and a hanger able to support half a dozen ships. Building A is the dormitory, Building B is the training facility, and Building C is the cafeteria and lounge area. Within Building B is the Kothlis Security Room. Mining sensors have been re-configured to serve as long distance sensors to span the entire asteroid field, but there are no formal defense systems in place.

KOTHLIS

Tucked between Hutt & Indie space in the Mid-Rim, the Bothan civilizations have remained relatively independent and unharnessed. For that reason, and because if it's proximity to both the Hutts and the Imperial South-East, a base for the New Jedi Order has been established in an old Bothan Spy base. The area is dominated by large rocks with sandy clearings snaking through the landscape, the outpost taking advantage of the area's natural defenses. The Bothans employ several SLD-26 planetary shield generators on the planet and the base is covered by one. Additionally, there are AA guns stationed in the area, but they are under Bothan control.

The safehouse on Rodia was established for its convenient location. Equidistant to the two outposts, a short distance from the Corellian Run, and with connections to a wide range of important planets, it is crucial for the safe mobility of the Jedi. The facility itself is in the city of Matza, a smaller warehouse tucked in the industrial section and is indistinguishable from the buildings that surround it.

INDUPAR

Slightly removed from the Rimma Trade Route, but also in relatively close proximity to the Hydian Way, the Indupar safe house opens up the rest of the galaxy to the Jedi. The reigning monarch has ties with the New Jedi Order, and so a safe house was established in at what they call the "Indupar East Stronghold," a walled city to the East of their capital. The facility includes part of the west wing of the castle, including a hidden tunnel to the hanger and outer walls.

BOZ PITY

The most northern safe house, Boz Pity has access to both Sith Imperium and the Hutt Cartel. The safe house itself is set inside some ruins in a cavern, what the Jedi believe to be an abandoned rebel base. This will serve as the Great River's forward operating base, for missions that will be directly reaching into the depths of the Sith Imperium. The hanger can accommodate up to 12 dozen medium sized craft, and with the facility being built within the mountain, normal scans from the atmosphere would not pick up any irregular activity.

OJOM

On the outskirts of the Inner Core the world of Ojom is a frozen wasteland with very little value. There are several orbiting spaceports that see a great majority of the planet's traffic, and are busy enough that the Jedi's comings and goings will not be noticed. A storefront in the Goodrich Spaceport, connecting with a larger warehouse to store goods, was converted into the Jedi's safe house. Because secrecy was of the utmost importance, only Knights and higher are allowed to operate out of this highly volatile base.
