Jedi-related character question

Well, for the last couple weeks I've been dabbling with a character idea I've had around for a long, long time. This character, who is now completed and just needs posting, is a Jedi Knight. Well, 'Was' a Jedi Knight would be more accurate... Erm, read on, I'll try to explain.

He ended up with a nasty case of amnesia following an attempt on his life, and has forgotten everything about his past life and his service with the Jedi. [aside from a few snippets here and there and most of his non-Jedi skills] After the events that landed him with amnesia, he went into hiding.

Anyways, what I'm wondering is this:
For his profile, I have it written that he still remembers some of Form VI: Niman, enough to be said to have a padawan-esque skill level with it.
Also, I said that he had forgotten all force-related abilities, save for telekinesis or whatever you want to call it.

I just want to know if that's going to fly, because if not, then I have some editing to do before he's posted...

You're going to have to ask Matt about that, since he's the Jedi faction leader. It's up to him to decide whether you can be a former Jedi Knight with memory of a pre-learned form, or if you have to start out as a Jedi Padawan like most everyone else.
