Now that rebels can begin as Jedi Padawans, players no longer need a Jedi Master to bring them into the Order. However, as in the canon Jedi Order, Padawans are not considered full members of the Jedi Order yet—they're not "true" Jedi, if you will. Though there are many ways to Knighthood, training under a seasoned Jedi Knight or a wise Jedi Master can help a Padawan master their abilities with the Force and put them on the track of becoming full-fledged Jedi Knights.
