Dres-sell them on the ISC
The mostly isolationist world of Dressel has suffered greatly at the hands of the AMS virus, with the numerous democratic governments scattered across the planet ill-prepared to deal with the threat of the virus. The ISC has offered what aid it can to the world, and it seemed like the planet was on its way to joining the ISC. But where there is progress, there are those who will stand in its way. It seems there are dissenters on Dressel who are opposed to the planet's involvement in wider Galactic discourse. A strike by one of these groups resulted in the death of the ISC ambassador to Dressel and also scared many of the local leaders.
The ISC has sent a team of diplomats and Rangers to catch those responsible for the attack, and to convince the leaders of the benefits of joining the ISC.
Missions
- Have no Fear (Ask/self-DM) — Two diplomats are sent to meet with the coalition of local governments from Dressel. Meet with them, allay their fears, and show them why joining the ISC would be to their advantage.
Signed-up: @Darth Raze, @Soygun York - Talk Dirty to Me (Ask/self-DM) — Two Rangers or Diplomats must meet with local unions and find out if the dissenters came from within their ranks. The team can chose to speak with them and win them over, or try and identify the dissenters and gather intel that can be used to convince them to stop opposing the move to join the ISC.
Signed-up: @Lucas Rinn, @Jasper Holliday - Catch me if you Can (Ask/self-DM) — A team of two Rangers investigates the attack that killed the ISC ambassador, with the intent of identifying and arresting those responsible. They are given full authority by both the ISC and the Dressel council to use any means possible. Capturing the dissenters will show the council what the ISC has to offer in the forms of a swift and effective justice system.
