Is it Just Me Or Are Smilies Broke?

So, when I clicked the emoticon button on on the posting screen, the smiles have been replaced with images that say "Please Update Your Account To Enable 3rd Party Hosting" instead of the actual smilies.

I don't mess with photobucket, but not sure if this is an issue or my end or not.
