Hey Hutts,
I know you’ve all been looking forward to it! The nail-biting tension is over, folks, because it’s time for the Hutt Newsletter/Discussion Thread, Issue 5!
As of now, all medals have been handed out, so please check the thread to see if you’re on there. Congratulations to those who received a medal this round!
In Taung news, we have a new Mandalore- CK57. Some of you may know that CK helped get Darksaber off the ground and really put that subfaction on the map. In just a few weeks time he’s already shown he’s more than capable leading the Taung, and I can’t wait to see them in action.
Darksaber has been quiet lately, but for good reason. Radzkie and I have been putting our heads together to think of new and exciting ways to deploy our stealth group- objectives should be rolling out soon. Further announcements will be done on the Darksaber private board or more likely via PM.
Finally, I have gotten multiple questions all along the same lines- “When will the next battle start?” “Can I start X thread?” “When are we going to attack Y?” And I’m sorry to say that I can’t say. What I CAN say is that something big is on the way and my fellow Faction Leaders and I have been busy preparing.
A huge amount of changes have gone through on existing threads, too. Our Hutt Empire Alliances thread has exploded with friends- we appreciate all of our allies and hope to fight with you soon. The Hutt Engineering thread now lists ground vehicles and equipment, I suggest everyone look over those posts to familiarize yourself with the fleet. Updates to the Hutt Military Non-Player Characters and Tusa's Most Wanted threads are under way.
Our beta version of the Royalty system comes in two threads, Hutt Royalty and a WIP The Hutt Imperial Court.
Also, everyone please review our updated Hutt Military Roster. We’ve entirely restructured the military into even smaller squadrons to put more emphasis on command than individual soldiers. We’ve integrated the Taung with the Army, and although they still retain independence we will be using them in warfare more often.

Without your input, I do not know if I am doing something wrong, or if there are ways I can improve. The only way I'll get better is with your input and help, so if you have ideas post them here or drop them in my PM box, and if you want to take initiative then by all means coordinate with your faction.
If there's anything I've neglected or major changes I make in the next week or so, I'll update them below. I encourage ALL of you to add me on MSN or AIM (found to the left)- it's a much faster way to get ahold of me and easier to plan.

Current Events
The past month has been dragging in our battle plans as the four threads started in the Winter finished wrapping up. Our raid on Balmorra was successful, along with a capture of Rhomamool. Yag’Dhul was effortlessly captured and put to immediate use, and forces at Ando managed to turn a devastating loss into a victory- we beat the holy hell out of those durn Republic troops. What's New, Scooby-Doo?
A lot has changed in our Hutt boards (with the most drastic changes in the past couple of days). Most notably all of our information threads have been shuffled to their appropriate boards in effort to clean up our home board. To keep things easy (and to encourage you to read my hard-work threads) I’ve compiled a Hutt Thread Directory to quickly point you in the right direction. What the Faction Needs From You
Right now I only need two things from you guys- patience and recruitment! Get out there and get more Hutts, keep practicing, and get ready for the war to really kick into gear. As of this moment we aren't accepting members as naval commanders, but are encouraging ground commanders and troops- this is your chance to get to control 6,000 soldiers or to bust some Jeedai skull.What You Can Expect From Me
