Things certainly hadn't developed as Klied had expected since beginning down this path, but he couldn't exactly say he was displeased with his current circumstances. The original plan had been to hunt the forests of Dxun for an abandoned Mandalorian base, clear out the wildlife, then rebuild it from the ground up to serve his fledgling mercenary company. It would have taken time, and no small amount of money. But a certain Mandalorian war priest had recently come to him with a far more appealing offer. Not all the fortresses on the Demon Moon were abandoned, as Klied well knew. There were still Mandalorians that called this savage world home, some of whom he had recently earned a favor from. Now, together, they would drive out a rival clan, and seize their fully functional base, their equipment, everything for themselves. Except the beskar of course, but then Klied had no need of Mandalorian iron anyway.

Already his corvette The Black Drexl was on approach, ready to break the atmosphere and drop down on their unsuspecting enemy with a vengeance. He himself was dressed in his maalraas hide armor, cycler rifle slung over his back and Westar heavy blaster holstered at his side. He raised one of his gauntlets and toyed with it a bit, extending the concealed blade and retracting it again before looking at his fellow mercenaries. Poffo Sauvage, who had been earning a reputation as the bane of Mandalorians everywhere, his protégé Tegan Keel, now dressed in a blast vest and armed with blasters of his own, and the Srucayr himself who had suggested this alliance.

Klied stepped forward and nodded to Tegan. "You ready for this kid?" He asked. The teenager displayed his usual defiant attitude, giving a cocky sneer in response, but the fear was plain in his eyes. He was eager to fight. He didn't lack for courage, and he wasn't half bad with a blaster either. But this was still his first real fight.

"Just try not to get in my way old man." He replied. It was clear he still hadn't gotten over some of the stuff that went down on Onderon. It brought a slight frown to Klied's face. Anger could be useful in a fight, but it could also be dangerous if it was the only thing on your mind.

"I'll make sure to watch your back then." He replied diplomatically before turning his attention to Srucayr. "Before we blow these murglaks to kingdom come, you have any advice?" He asked the Mandalorian. Klied knew Dxun like the back of his hand. He was very comfortable fighting here. But Srucayr probably remained the most experienced fighter among them, especially when it came to open combat.

Three distinct men. Each were roughened and toughened by fighting one way or another. Either in the wilds or with guns or with fists. And their reasons for doing so were quite different. Klied liked the rush. an adrenaline junkie who no longer got his high hunting wild beasts so he chose to start hunting those of a more...sentient nature. The Mandalorian with them did it for honor and for his clan. Poffo? He simply knew no other way. Poffo loved a good fight for no other reason than to stand over a bested man to know that there was one more individual in the galaxy that was not his equal in a scrap.

As Klied's ship came into the atmosphere of the Demon Moon, Poffo checked his own equipment. Both his DC-17 and DC-29 heavy blaster pistols were loaded up, and he had several extra energy packs for the six-shooter. Of course, he wouldn't leave home without his spiked knuckle dusters, and beskar or no, Poffo would take his chances. But the crown jewel of his mobile armory was the horrifically beautiful "Queen Sherri." Poffo was now inter-galactically famous for cooking Mandos with such a weapon, and he had to admit...he was becoming quite partial to it. His thick flamboyant leather duster was designed to hold six extra fuel canisters. If push came to shove, he could just burn this mother to the ground by starting a forest fire on this jungle planet that might never get put out.

Today, the tireless self-promoter's jacket was slightly less auspicious, a camouflage pattern of greens, browns, and blacks. His large cowboy hat matched and he wore black leather pants and knee-high boots for battle. Poffo was ordinarily pretty loud and obnoxious, but on this trip, he knew that the potential fate of this new business venture rested on snagging this little outpost to call their own. He listened as Klied and the boy had a little back and forth.

When Klied as the Mandalorian for any advice, Poffo lifted his camo shades that matched his jacket and hat and eyeballed the man for what wisdom he might give them.

Srucayr had been looking over the ancient schematics he had managed to dig up at the Citadel. Surely there would be some changes to the structure, but it was enough to get them going. The grizzled warrior would be in the process of writing, the glyphs unreadable to any who didn't know Mando'a. With the gauntlet removed, any nearby could see the burn scars and carvings that even reached his hand. He had elected to risk none of his kin in this operation, deciding instead to do it solo. His increased leadership role had kept him less involved then he liked and he aimed to change that.

Klied was probably one of the few Aruetii that Srucayr could tolerate. It wasn't a friendship, but bonds forged in blood were hard to break and they were about to do so today. And though Poffo beating his Mandalorians had provided Srucayr with so many hours of replay, the eccentric man was only adept at roasting children of his kind, these would not be so easy. Rising from his seat, the War Priest would be clad in his usual silver and blue beskar, the winged helm shifting to address Klied. "We'll need to strike hard and fast. They'll likely have four sentries outside, we don't engage them, we go past them. Their job isn't to kill us, it's to stall us. They get their reinforcements and we don't win. Being a jungle moon, they'll have defenses for fire."

He would step aside as he pulled up the map on a holopad, pointing to the only hint of the complex on the holo. "We shoot between the trees to this break. Many of these bases are split on the world. There will be a few guards in the only complex you see, but the main group will be underground. The underground complex itself, can be shuttered off from the surface compound. So we infil here, damage the console and separate the surface from subterranean. This ensures we aren't caught out in the open and that we'll have nobody coming behind us. The tunnels will likely only fit two abreast at least until we get to the first sanctum. Given our schematics are old, the only thing I can be for certain on is that the main force will be underground. The base in question, is a Clan Ordo outpost. They're active on Ordo, Rekkiad, and Dxun.. And my people have been at war with them for thousands of years. They're battle hardened, and they know the terrain. We can limit the effectiveness of both by taking them underground. They'll likely only have one entrance and a hidden escape, to make defense easier."

He would shut down the display.
"I would highly recommend locating and destroying the escape route once its yours then making another, once you take over. Clan Ordo won't be wiped out after this and they will still be enemies. It's best to not give them advantage. But, you'll have us on the moon with you."

Klied stepped forward and observed the holomap, listening closely to Srucayr's explanation of the layout and defenses. It seemed fairly straightforward enough. No doubt the fighting would be some of the ugliest he'd seen in a while, going by inches, but it was simple. And doable. As the display was shut down he turned his eyes back to Srucayr and nodded. "If we manage to take a few hostages we might be able to dissuade a reprisal... At the very least until we've had time to dig in and shore up defenses." He thought aloud, considering what to do about a Clan Ordo retaliation in the future. He looked towards Poffo and Tegan.

"You heard the man. Once we make contact we rush the upper level and seize control of that console. Tegan, you'll be responsible for slicing in and taking control of the security systems, make sure they can't lock us out." The boy simply nodded in response to the order, excitement mixing with his zeal for battle.

"Right." He replied promptly. Klied nodded back before raising his comlink to his mouth.

"Pilot, we're ready. I want a full barrage on the front of that bunker as we're coming in. Scatter the defenders and give us an avenue to approach, then pull back before they have a chance to engage any anti-air defenses."

"Aye sir." The pilot replied to his order obediently. After that they would be left with a few minutes of tense silence as the corvette swooped into Dxun's atmosphere, pulling up just about fifty feet from the jungle canopy before rocketing forward along the surface. The best way to avoid detection until they were close enough to their target to act. Silence. Klied walked forward, approaching the door to the closed boarding ramp. A thick, furled rope hung beside the door, ready to be used by the mercenaries for a fast descent. Tegan, as they had discussed, would be the last out of the ship. Then came the cannon fire, faint but powerful. It seemed as though the Drexl had caught the Mandalorians by surprise, because it was the first to open fire. They returned fire soon enough though, and the whole of the vessel shook as turbolasers impacted on their deflector shields. Then the pilot's voice came again, this time over the corvette's intercom. "Deploy! Deploy! Deploy!" The man shouted urgently. Klied needed no further word. He pulled his mask up and punched the button beside the door, immediately being buffeted by a powerful wind as it opened up and the ramp began to slowly extend, sunlight pouring in.

The air was filled with the deafening sounds of laser cannon fire and streaks of multi-colored light. The forest surrounding the bunker had been blasted to smithereens, revealing the ancient duracrete structure for all to see. The Mandalorian sentries Srucayr had warned them about had scrambled for cover, leaving a clear route to the bunker's entrance. "Hope you're not too afraid of heights Mr. Macho!" Klied shouted jokingly at Poffo as he grabbed the rope and threw it off to the side of the extended ramp before taking hold with his gloved hands. Leaping from the ship, it was a forty foot drop to the moon's surface. Rappelling down the rope, the moment the Onderonian hit the ground he charged and took cover behind the nearest fallen log, still smoking with embers, drawing his Westar and opening fire to provide his teammates with further cover while he waited for them to join him.

"Hope you're not too afraid of heights Mr. Macho!"

Afraid might not be the correct word. Hesitant, perhaps, would be a better word choice. Then again, it was possible that afraid might work. He had long lived inside the bowels of Coruscant and never even got so high as to the surface of the planet until he met Klied. He didn't have a lot of experience with falls of any distance or the potential for certain death or permanent injury. Flying from planet to planet didn't both him so much as he was surrounded by walls, but this was a different thing altogether.

A slight hesitation existed, but at the end of the day, Poffo was a pragmatist. If he didn't repel down the line and in a hurry, everyone on the mission would die and the ship would almost certainly be blown to bits waiting for him to commit. So, Poffo's burly frame wrapped around the repel line and he damn well made his descent.

There were a few close calls with the return of cannon fire on the ship and shots fired at the repelling Coruscanti, but Sauvage no longer feared the Mandalorains. He had kicked their ass and thoroughly on live, intergalactic holovid action in a Huttball game. Eating up Mandos was now what he did...whether or not that would continue to be the case obviously remained to be seen, but Poffo was not short on confidence based on his prior exploits.

Once on the ground Poffo fell in behind what was left of a smoldering steel beam that was part of the compound's structure, and until moments ago, was hidden in the jungles of Dxun. He took a peak up to check on the rest of the team before turning and firing some some shots of his DC-29 into the general area of the enemy help keep the cover going for the rest of the team. Between shots, he yelled over to Klied, "Oooh, yeah! Mr. Macho is on the ground, so let the madness begin, yeah!"

"Prisoners can be a double-edged sword. Especially since they have intimate knowledge of this base, and you'll need to be thorough when you go through and look for secondary exits or entrances. If you do take them, I'd keep them outside the bunker." Srucayr would offer. "Limits the attack the external portion for retrieval. Fortify the interior." He would roll his shoulders as he approached the ramp. "Secure the top part, I'll secure the entrance to the lower levels. Keep the door from being locked on you guys."

He hoped the situation wasn't lost on the two of them. This wasn't some game where they weren't allowed to try to kill each other. This was invading the home of a warrior Clan. And as a forward outpost, these were likely to be very skilled warriors. This was war. "Remember, keep the quarters small, don't fight in the open and target the vambraces in tight quarters. You damage the tech, you'll keep yourself from being roasted."

As the two Outsiders repelled, Srucayr would dive from the elevated ramp, activating his jetboots as he descended. He would fly past several of the stunned guards and land with a heavy thud. His warpick would be pulled free as he crossed the threshold into the bunker door, bolts pinging off of his beskar as he advanced. The first Ordo would charge forward, a vibrosword in hand and as he slashed at the War Priest, Srucayr would step into the strike, his side catching the Mandalorian at the elbow. While he was tangled, Srucayr's free hand grabbed the Mandalorian by the pauldron before he brought the warpick downward in an overhand swing, the beskar tip of the pick punching through the Ordo's visor and driving deep into his skull.

The body would jerk before the knees buckled, and Srucayr would kick the corpse into the closest Ordo running for the door controls, sending him sprawling with the corpse. It was a good day when you could kill an ancient foe.

Klied couldn't help but glance back as Tegan made his way down the rope last, worrying for the boy. He was overly aggressive, but not incompetent. He hit the ground and immediately hopped behind cover, acting just as he had been trained. While his fellow mercenaries kept up the covering fire the hunter brought his comlink to his mouth and spoke to the corvette's pilot. "We're on the ground! Fall back!" He was answered with another "Aye sir! Good luck!" Before the ship dusted off, creating a gale of wind from the engines that kept their enemy disoriented and hiding behind cover. With Srucayr already advancing, Klied turned towards Poffo and shouted to him.

"Move up one at a time! Covering me!" He ordered before rising up from behind his fallen log and charging forward. Two sentries popped up from behind cover and opened fire, but Klied was the first to hit his mark. Raising his heavy blaster he fired off two shots, each hitting one of the men in their torsos and sending them spiraling to the ground. Even if their beskar saved their lives, the force of the heavy bolts was enough to knock them on their asses for a few moments, and that was all Klied needed to get to the next closest bit of cover.

From here he would begin to lay down suppressing fire himself, and signal Poffo to move next. So far so good. Their enemies were on the backfoot and disorganized, but that wouldn't last long. They had to seize the opportunity to get to the terminal.

Turning to see the ship getting out of the hot zone after its passengers disembarked, that was that. The point of no return. It was kill, be killed, or be taken hostage. Poffo wasn't sure on what the Mandalorian philosophy on taking hostages was, so for Poffo, the only acceptable outcome was to do the killing. He nodded at Klied when he ordered cover fire and Poffo edged out behind the remains of the steel column where he took refuge and fired off six heavy blaster shots from his six-shooter before taking cover again and reloading. He waved Tegan, the boy wonder over to take cover with him. The boy got behind the steel column with Poffo.

"I'm no scientific rocket, boy. No sir, I am not." Poffo told Tegan. "But genius takes a lot of forms, yeah, yeah, it does."

As Sauvage spoke, he was working lose a large section of the steel plating, roughly three feet wide by seven feet tall. It was heavy, and most folks wouldn't have near the power to lift it and manage it. But, Poffo, if nothing else, was a brute. He wiggled it lose from the smoldering brackets and bolts that held it in it's place and carried with a firm grip in his massive hands on the edges. The result was a curved steel shield that covered everything but Poffo's fingertips on either side of the steel plate.

"We're going to move forward to that concrete wall that's most blown away, yeah. Ya dig?"

Tegan nodded, and Poffo said, "When I say go, stay behind me. Poke out and blast those bastards while we move. I bet that stepdaddy of yours will be blasting too, yeah."

Before Tegan could come back with a smartass response, Poffo said, "Oh, yeah!" and started moving forward with the curved shield, Tegan behind him and firing on his way. A few shots would hit the steel sheet, but the curved nature allowed for no direct hits. Two or three were direct enough to cause even Poffo to brace and blew hims back a step, but ultimately, the steel held firm until they got to a low-lying concrete wall that was probably foundation for something before they blew this part of the forest all to hell.

Poffo ducked down and Tegan right behind him. Poffo had no idea if Tegan hit any Mandos or if the other two laying cover fire did. He was satisfied to get to this location with him and Tegan free from getting blasted.

One of the Ordos on the exterior would activate their jetpack and land off to the side of the shield. As they landed, they would then prime their flamethrower and blast it along the metal, the heat from the liquid flame causing the beam to super heat in Poffo's hands as well as potentially some of the fire reaching the fingertips holding the shield in place.

In the bunker, Srucayr would prime his wrist blaster and fired it into the mesh of the underlay around the crawling Ordo's neck, killing him. Two down. He could hear more boots heading his way up the narrow cooridor from the subterannean bunker. He would activate his comm. "No time for playing. You just need to get past them, not kill them." Fools. They were already doing what he urged them not to. "You need to get to me and shut the door, I'll keep moving forward."

With the controls and lower bunker door secure, Srucayr would descend the steps heading towards the approaching scrambling of boots. Taking the stairs three at a time, he quickly rounded the first landing and let out a battle cry, charging the surprised group of Ordos. They thought they had more time to get the door. Thankfully the tight quarters would make their numbers a disadvantage, he just needed to avoid the tech. His hand would raise as he charged, ready to fire his repulsor at the first sign of the Ordos getting ready to fire off their tech.

"What the Krack!" He shouted as the explosions ripped through the outside of the base. This was the first time Freyja had met with a larger number of her clan than one and now they were under attack, maybe it would have been smarter to stick it out on her own instead of trying to join up with her adoptive family.

Sirens were belting out and a women was shouting over the comms to get to the access wells, to charge out defend the base, defeat the intruders and bring glory to Clan Ordo. She was down with the first two but the last one was still a bit of a weird thing for Freyja to think about. So she had suited up helmet under her arm and was making her way down the corridors to where the assailants were slowly making their way into the base.

Freyja came round the corner as one of their attackers, another Mandalorian charged at the group just in front of her. "Step aside." She called through the corridor to the group of Ordo soldiers in front of her. The three were hesitant but the look in her eye seemed to change their minds. Moving to one side she was met with the single attacking Mandalorian, she gave him a sweet smile before drawing her Beskar Blade. Passing her helmet to one of the three soldiers as she passed through. "Keep that safe for me sweet cheeks." She held out the point of the blade at the man daring him to come forward.

Klied couldn't help but roll his eyes as Srucayr's voice came over the comm, chastising them for moving too slow. What, did he think they were all wearing beskar? They couldn't exactly run out in the open without being blasted to ribbons. Nevertheless, they were still on a timetable, and had to keep moving. Peeking out of cover again he saw Poffo and Tegan had managed to move up, and were now under fire, quite literally, from another enemy Mando. Raising his blaster and aiming carefully Klied fired a single shot. Just as the priest had advised, he hit his armored opponent directly on the gauntlet. In the next instant it exploded, fire leaping up the man's arm and engulfing his entire torso. The Mandalorian screamed and flailed as he tried to tear off his armor before falling to his knees and toppling over.

With his allies safe, the Onderonian ducked out of cover again and charged forward. They were almost there. Again the sentries fired at him, one managing to wing him on the shoulder. Thankfully his maalraas armor managed to take the worst of the blow, but it still hurt like hell. "Kark!" The hunter shouted painfully before raising his blaster and firing again. He likewise winged his opponent on the shoulder, the heavy bolt knocking him over like it had the others.

Klied finally made it to the doorway but stopped short, maintaining his position and continuing to fire on the other sentries. "Come on!" He shouted again to his allies, gesturing them forward. Looking back the Onderonian could see the console right behind him. All Poffo and Tegan had to do was join him inside. Then the kid could slice into the system and shut the Ordos out.

Poffo knew all about flame throwers, and the minute those flames started licking against the makeshieft shield, the bearded brawler let her loose. Klied and more or less taken care of the sentries that were trying to prevent their entry. Sauvage urged Tegan to go forward, and Macho followed right behind until they got to the doorway. Poffo stopped short, and leveled his blaster to check for more guards. For the moment, they were clear. Now, it was up to Tegan to get them in the building.

Srucayr would come to a stop as the Ordo's did. From the back, a woman's voice would speak up and a young woman would push her way to the front. A challenge, it had been a great many years since someone had thought to fight the War Priest in single combat. Youth had it's advantages, but it also came with debilitating disadvantages. Experience would trump all in their line of work, their desire for glory often reduced the use of their training.

The warpick would be tucked away at his belt as he twirled the blade in hand, widening his stance. "Not a single one of you, will reach the door.." his gaze shifted to the woman. "starting with you.." he would step forward, feeding that hope in her minds eye. The first swing of his blade would be wide, creating an opening on his torso for her. At least in appearance. His footwork would allow him to weave or sidestep in seconds notice and his grip on his sword would allow for a quick redirection, if needed.

Though Freyja had fought with a blade a hundred times against a hundred different opponents, each was different unique and she needed time to study them, learn their techniques, their weaknesses and how best to beat them with as little damage to herself and those around her as possible.

The Mandalorian before her drew his own blade and advanced on her taking a wide swing, he left himself open which was a telling sign. He could not have gotten this far through the life of a Mandolorian with sloppy skills, it was a feint, a trap. So she would avoid it, she took a small step back and guided the wide swing off to one side. She made no move to attack yet waiting to see what he would do next.

While Klied and Poffo watched the door, Tegan holstered his DE-10s and made his way to the console. Hastily pulling out a computer spike, he jammed it into the scomp link and focused on the screen. The young mercenary's face was scrunched up in a determined expression, sweat running down his brow as he worked at the terminal while stray blaster bolts whizzed by. After a few tense moments he reflexively pumped his fist, hissing through his teeth.

"Yes! I'm in!" He shouted triumphantly as he briefly looked at his two elders before focusing on the screen again. He typed away at the board until suddenly the door to the outside world closed, leaving the three of them safe for the moment. "System is all mine." Tegan continued as he skimmed through the console. "I can't do much from here, but I should be able to shut down some of the automated interior defenses, make things a bit easier for us..."

Klied meanwhile sighed with relief before turning around and pulling down his mask, then reaching out to pat the boy on the shoulder. "Nice job kid. Do what you can, then catch up with me and Poffo when you're done." He ordered. All he got in return was a simple nod of acknowledgement, no snide remark. Progress. Wonderful. The hunter would then look to Sauvage and nod further down the hallway. "Let's show these murglaks how we do things yeah?" He asked, and then pulled up his mask before raising his weapon and heading deeper into the base.

Poffo made sure his blaster had all six shots at the ready and said to Klied, "Ooh, yeah, let's do it and do it with styyyyyyyyle, yeah!"

Sauvage had the blaster up eye level, looking down the sites of his gun, ready to fire. He made it all the way to the end of the hallway and looked in both directions at the T junction there. They passed multiple doors, all were shut. The brawler looked at Klied and shrugged. "Something ain't right here, Hunter-man. They ain't going to just hand it to us, no, no. No, I don't suspect they will."

He poked his head around the corner again and still nothing. Looking at Klied he asked, "What's their play? You think they're trying to lure us somewhere for an ambush?"

If an ambush was coming, his six shooter, heavy blaster or not, wasn't going to get the job done. He holstered it and whipped Sherri, the flamethrower into position to fire. "I haven't had cooked Mando in a while, yeah...might as well order up enough to cater. Turn these proud so-called warriors into little smokies, yeah!"

With there being only one direct route to the actual bunker, Klied and Poffo, after some time of getting lost in the upper levels, would find the same pathway that would lead them to where Srucayr was. He wouldn't ask them how they got lost, at least not yet. He could hear the faint hiss of a powered flamethrower behind him and two sets of bootsteps, one much heavier than the other. Though the passage was narrow, the stairway did allow for Klied and Macho to jump down safely, if they had the means to, to carry on with the mission.

To the girls credit, she wasn't an idiot. She was studying him, that much was true. So when she backstepped and tried to guide the blade off to the side, the blade would flick in his hand, reversing course so the flat of it would bang off of her pauldron. "Olaror adiik, gar copaanir ibic akaanir, narir a euk ori'shya kakovidir. Jatne miai at hibirar cuyir de doslanir lyatr." He would say.
(" Come child, you wanted this fight, do a little more than cower. The best way to learn is by crossing steel.")

He would then take a step back, gripping the hilt of his blade with both hands, his right hand an inch below the crossguard with the pinky interlocked with the pointer on the left. Spreading his stance, the arms lifted at a forty five until the blade was over his head.

"Kad morutar gar ucara ti tenn irud."
("Kad welcomes your sacrifice with open arms.")

Klied couldn't help but smirk at Poffo's typical confidence. Surely the Mandalorians didn't stand a chance. Still, better to be safe than sorry. He crept along the passageway slowly, weapon raised, eyes alert for any sign of opposition, but it seemed Srucayr had already cut a bloody swathe through the forward guards. Poffo voiced his worries of a possible ambush and Klied frowned beneath his mask. It was possible certainly, but they had an ace of their own. The hunter nodded towards one of the security cameras in response as they passed it.

"Tegan will give us a warning." He assured his partner. "Don't worry, we've got this." As the two of them rounded the corner they finally met up once more with their Mandalorian friend, who seemed to be engaged in melee combat with one of their Ordo opponents. Klied quickly put a hand out to stop Poffo from accidentally roasting them both by trying to help. After watching the fight curiously for a few moments he looked at his partner.

"Let the priest handle this one. You know how these guys get about honor and everything." He said, then approached the staircase. Raising his left gauntlet Klied would shoot his grappling hook into the ceiling, then step over the railing and begin lowering himself to the bottom. With the Ordo engaged by Srucayr, she would be unable to stop him or Poffo from moving on. Klied kept his blaster up and his eyes peeled as he descended, looking out for any enemies. Thankfully he was able to get to the bottom without any trouble, arriving just in time to see the last of the Ordos rounding a corner deeper into the base. It seemed they were retreating to set up better defensive positions. Or to lay an ambush like Poffo suggested.

Klied stopped on the floor and aimed his blaster down the hallway where the Mandalorians had disappeared, ready to fire if need be. He didn't reel in his grapple hook immediately, instead tugging on it twice to signal Poffo to come down, leaving it there to use as a fast rope if he wished. He just hoped the big guy wouldn't knock him over when he came down.

Anybody who had a view would have to admit, Poffo looked like a bona fide badass coming down the rope with his awesome camo jacket flapping on the way down. Not known for his agility or grace, Macho landed with surprising finesse. He gave a confident nod to the hunter as he let go of the rope. "Down the hatch, Mandos to catch, yeah!"

He slung the flamethrower back into his arms and took the lead position. Poffo wasn't a great military tactician, but it sure seemed like good sense for the guy spewing a massive line of fire to be in front with the sharpshooter behind him. And to that end, Poffo had seen Klied in action enough, that he wasn't terribly worried about an errant shot from Klied catching Poffo in the back.

He slowly made his way down the corridor careful to check doors to be locked or opened so they couldn't get jumped from behind. As he made his way down the corridor, he checked back with Klied. "Does my nephew have an updated layout of the base yet?" Poffo asked referencing Tegan. "I'm ready to turn up the heat, if you dig."

As Freyja snarled, she would step forward, her blade racing towards the War Priest would lower his blade quickly to catch hers. This would prompt the younger Mandalorian to attack in a series of slashes and thrusts, always moving and trying to keep her tempo from being recognizable. As Srucayr suspected, she was indeed smart, neither sticking to a single style nor pose. Their blades would dance around them before he locked her blade in his crossguard. "Not too bad, little Ordo.."

At the break, his blade would slash across her cuirass, leaving a thick scar while her blade slid along his lower left shoulder. At the sensation of steel along flesh, he knew he had to quit the playing. Feeling some form of victory Freyja would dart forward for another downward slash, this time targeting the injured shoulder. Srucayr would twist his body into the strike, entering a spin and letting her blade skim past his cuirass. As he twisted, his elbow would collide with her exposed face, snapping her head back. As she slid back, he would flick his blade in hand, gauntlets catching it by the blade before he drove the crossguard into her torso. Wedged between the gorget and the shoulder pad, it wouldn't be a fatal blow, but it would be enough to knock the woman out cold.

As she hit the floor, the other Ordos with her would charge Srucayr, one blade scraping along his thigh plate while a bolt pinged hard against his cuirass. "Keep moving. I'll be with you boys shortly." he'd say into the comms.
