As depicted above, HK-60 is mostly gold and dark silver in colouration, with various sensors displayed in an orange tone. HK-60 is occasionally mistaken, to his advantage, for a protocol droid, although less so than previous models. His chassis is exactly 6 feet in height and weighs 300 pounds.

- Like any droid, HK-60 can be deactivated by EMP grenades or other electricity-based attacks.
- HK-60 can disguise himself as a protocol droid, but isn't very good at blending in (being a droid that carries various weapons at nearly all times).
PERSONALITY:
HK-60's personality programming caues him to appear near-sociopathic to those who encounter him. The droid enjoyes observing—and often causing—death and destruction, showing complete disregard for bystanders on more than one occasion. Despite this, his programming caused the assassin droid to maintain a protocol of professionalism, preventing him from senselessly slaughtering his way to his target. HK-60 displayes several somewhat unique behavioral tendencies as a result of his programming and that of earlier models. HK-60 has a definite sense of pride and considered himself to be superior to all organics except for a select few assassins and bounty hunters; he believes in droid freedom, and will hesitate to destroy other droids. The droid also has a peculiar and perverted idea of the concept of love, which he describes as "making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope.", a trait added to his personality programming with roots from an earlier model. HK-60 has the speech trait of vocally prefixing every statement he makes with a speech conditional that described the type of statement that it is. For example, if asking a question, he would first say "Query:" before beginning to speak.
BIOGRAPHY:
HK-60 was originally created by a corrupt senator in the Galactic Republic, based of the design and programming of an earlier HK model. He was created to act as the senator's bodyguard and hitman, tasked with taking out the senator's political enemies. Sometime before the Battle of Corucsant and the Fall of the Republic, HK-60 developed an upgraded personality program for himself that would allow him to be free of taking the commands of a master and act as an individual, free from the "slavery" he had been in before. The droid downloaded it into himself, and to test the upgrade he assassinated his creator and his wife. HK-60 then travelled to the underworld of Corucsant, where he aquired a vast arsenal of weapons and numerous credits for various jobs.
During the chaos of the Battle of Corucsant, HK-60 escaped the planet in a stolen ship and began to explore the larger galaxy, completely disinterested in the war. He took mercenary and bounty hunting jobs from various factions, and even occasionally worked with pirates, for a good price. HK-60 has no home besides his ship, the Hellbringer, and no joys other than his weapon collection and the thrill of a job (usually killing). He uses the credits he aquired from various missions and jobs to upgrade his ship, weapons, and himself.
