The Hipori Estate is a Mansion located on the beachfront of Etti IV, a world in the so-called 'Corporate Sector'. The estate was constructed for the purpose of housing the businesswoman and executive Julia Hipori whilst she was going about her business in the region. Located in a gated community on the north-western approach to the capitol of Etti IV, the estate is guarded by private security, an boasts a landing pad on the roof. The mansion is in a modern style, complemented by imported artwork and furniture.
Inside the Mansion can be found a kitchen, living room, bathroom, office and two bedrooms. Just outside the mansion is a small outbuilding used to manage the estates security.
Description
With a commanding view of the nearby city, the estate is surrounded by a well furnished garden complete with water features and a large pond accomodating a large collection of exotic aquatic creatures. Walled off from the outside world with large security fences, blocking the view into the estate, the home and gardens can be accessed through a large gate at the front of the compound, manned by a private guard and a pair of security droids. A short drive from the gate leads up the home itself, with an elevator enabling parked speeders to me moved underground if needed. At the rear of the estate a landing pad is located, enabling for alternative access to the compound.
The ground floor of the estate is designed in an open plan style, featuring exotic art works brought in from offworld. Some of the items on display, accrued during the owners time as an ISC politician are rotated betwee the compound and various gallaries in the core. Also on this floor can be found a lounge and dining room, with a kitchen staffed by a utility droid. At the back of the floor a utilities room is located, holding the estates droid staff.
Up on the second floor the private office of the compounds owner can be found. Featuring a communications suite and personal computers, the office is the prime location for corporate dealings and general skullduggery, with a small boardroom style room off to the right of the private office.
Security
Whilst the a corporate elite have the utmost respect for the fine beings of the state security services, sometimes they like to ensure that their security is in more discerning hands. Julia is no different, with her estate secured by a collection of private contractors. Some five in total, this group is supported by a team of droids, two HW-64 repulsorlift combat droids and six D3-CG Series Commando Droids.
Intent
To provide a location for Julia to do biz, as well as to actually live in. This is intended as personal lore.
