Yoooooo

I've been a massive fan of all things Star Wars since childhood, especially the KotOR series. I used to forum roleplay pretty actively elsewhere like 10 years ago when I was much younger, but I've only dipped my toes in sporadically since then. I haven't written anything in a good while but I'm excited about getting back into it.

I've lurked around a bit already, hoping to make a Jedi character and get started with some chill threads to shake the rust off. What'd be the best way of finding people to RP with/threads to hop in on?

Looking forward to writing with yall :)

Welcome Lucien! In my experience, the best way to start some RPs is simply to ask around and see who’s looking for some! Open threads are good to join as well.

That said, if you’re currently looking for threads, I’d be happy to discuss some ideas with you!

Greetings and Salutations as they say. I also used to be pretty active on a SW RP back in the day, but I've been our of practice for a while. I'll bring the W-D40 and we can knock the rust off together

Speaking from experience as well, I've had good success in the OOC Role Play Discussions section of the site just scoping out threads where people are looking for players, or making my own.

Now that I've gotten my own feet wet again, I've hopped back onto the dedicated SWRP Discord server and have had much and more success!

You got options to play with for shaking that rust off, and this thread itself is one of them!

Saaaaame, I used to be way more prolific of a writer and roleplayer when I was younger, I'm finally getting back into it again myself. I would say any one of us replying to your introduction thread is great starting place, don't be afraid to send private messages, we're all very friendly here. The discord is another great starting point for making friends and getting comfortable. When you're ready for threads or have any question, all ya gotta do is make a post asking for threads or help and folks will appear! <3

Again, feel free to pm me if ur feeling shy or uncertain, I love talking to people, making friends, and being helpful <3
