I cannot start or reply to conversations without getting an error message.

Who were you trying to PM?
Did you enter their username manually or did you click on 'Start a conversation via their info card'?
At what time did you try to PM them exactly?

I’ve tried both Jexz and Fly Your Flag numerous times since yesterday morning. I tried both manual entry and Start a Conversation. I’m trying every avenue I can find and I’m getting this message every time.
